as part of our Crystal ski package we ate at this hotel and resided at the Obermair. when we arrived for dinner on the first night we were walked through the main dining room with passing a very well presented buffet, being told "this is not for you" we were then put in to an a cold and unwelcoming annexe/side...

stayed here for a ski/alpine holiday and loved every moment of our stay. The Kroll family are very friendly and hands on. Their son Mathias, was serving in the dining room. The reception and other staff couldn't have been more helpful. I was particularly grateful to Christina and Josef who helped me with i Pad problem. The hotel has a...

We stayed in the Kramerwirt at the beginning of March and I could not be more impressed with the hotel and its staff. This is really lovely family-run hotel with bucket loads of character and somewhere the staff go out of their way to help ensure you have a good stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds and bathrooms with...

Thank you for another fantastic holiday, we stayed last week. Friendly welcome, caring hosts and Christian is a real asset to the hotel and works his socks off delivering excellent service. I was poorly and all the staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok. Great quality food, facilities really clean and the team can't do...

Very well appointed family run hotel on a prime location in Mayrhofen. Owners are taking care about very single detail to make an unforgetable stay for every guest. The superior rooms are very modern and posh, buffet breakfast and especially dinners are very tasteful and service is outstanding. Location is basically in the very center of the tiny village, where...

This friendly family run hotel does not disappoint, rooms are clean & well kept, all staff are accommodating & friendly. The food is excellent & always well presented. A bus stop to the gondola which takes you to the slopes is located just outside the hotel. And the bus service is frequent, the buses are clean & the drivers helpful....

This is such a wonderful hotel. We were a little apprehensive at first as we had booked in the annex and were worried we wouldn't have enough room but we couldn't have been more wrong. We had 2 very spacious spotless rooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a large balcony with stunning views. The food served here is amazing -...

We have just got back from a week at the Kramerwirt that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel has a great location in village centre but just off the high street and all the noisy bars. Ski bus stops outside and runs all day every 5mins it would seem - on average we waited around 2minutes. The hotel is generally great...

Recently stayed here for a weeks skiing and it was fab . Great room and very clean , amazing food and nice bar area . The staff are really friendly, the only thing I'd say would be at busy times maybe have more bar staff . The church bells do ring but I found I didn't need to set an...

Have just come back from a week's snowboarding, staying at the Kramerwirt. On the whole it was great, we stayed in the Annex, the bed was really comfortable and it was a nice place to be. Be careful in the shower, it randomly changes temperature, sometimes so hot that it almost scalds you. It would also be nice to have...
