Second visit to Mayrhofen ski resort, in Austria. Party of 4 mature skiers staying at the Zillertalerhof Hotel, Mayrhofen. Last year we stayed at The Krammervert and decided to return to this ski area and try a different base. We were not disappointed as this is a modern building with superb standards. Both rooms, on the second floor, were large,...

Stayed here on a week's ski holiday. Hotel was ok but nothing more. Rooms are large and clean but basic. Not close to lifts or center. Food was below expectation. The strange phenomena about dinners is that they do not give you anything to drink unless you buy drinks. When we tried for tap water they closed the faucet and...

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Zillertalerhof Monday - Sunday for Snowboming, we had a really great stay although we were a bit disappointed when we got into our room as we thought we were getting a superior room as it stated on our booking and we were given just a standard double room, our room was good though, had...

The Hotel Zillertalerhof was great. The staff were all hospitable and friendly. The breakfasts were superb. The suite rooms were big and with extended balconies. The showers are good with ample hot water / pressure. The location is right by Europahaus, ideal for Snowbombing visitors, and just a five minute walk from the Main Street with restaurants, bars and the...

The Hotel Zillertalerhof is a beautiful, comfortable, well located hotel. But we had a couple problems with the staff. First of all, since the snow conditions were not great, I asked Karen at the front desk about trains in and out of the area to places like Innsbruck and Salzburg, etc. She told me that they were not a travel...

We were very happy with the Hotel Zillertalerhof. Our room was excellent -- we particularly loved the heated bathroom floor! The beds are very comfy and our room was huge. Our package included breakfast and dinner ... all the dining was outstanding. Breakfast is a giant, delicious buffet that includes eggs and bacon, if you prefer an "American" breakfast. Also...

Our ski club just got home from a week of skiing in Mayrhofen. We stayed at the Hotel Zillertalerhof during our stay. The Hotel zillertalerhof was highly recommended by Snow Tours, Inc. They were correct when they said that we would love the Zillertalerhof. The front desk staff was there and ready when our group of 43 people arrived and...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in early January for my first experience of skiing. The staff were really helpful and friendly even before we got there by helping me book airport transfer and giving us information about ski hire and lessons. The staff were always really friendly and chatty when we had breakfast and wanted to...

At the Hotel Zillertalerhof enjoyment and ambience are always in season! Our establishment is not just characterised by its perfect location - central but nevertheless quiet; with its comfortable rooms furnished in a country house style, the excellent food and the spacious spa centre, you'll find the perfect setting for the best days of the year. Our heated outdoor swimming pool provides fun and relaxation all year - where you can feel the sun on your skin. On warm summer evenings you can also enjoy dinner on the adjoining terrace, or simply find time to relax over a good glass of wine. All-round comfort... Ambience is that special something that cannot be planned or pre-ordered. Because it's often the small things that make a big difference. Friendliness you can feel, a hint of extra warmth - just genuine hospitality. We look forward to seeing you! The Huber & Perauer Family and Staff ... more   less
