Unfortunatly this hotel is not under English management for season 2012-13 otherwise i would be returning! Saalbach is a great place, yes it is! However people looking for this sort of hotel in the Austrian Alps should try pension Franziska as it has the same welcoming feel and is also in a great location

Value ski holiday with a school group. Accommodation, service, food and bar are good for a schools hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a similar holiday, I would not however recommend booking here as a small group after a party holiday as the hotel is often used by school groups. Great value bar!

In March 2010 we stayed at Les Amethystes in Les Deux Alps which is also owned by Rocketski. We booked both holidays on a budget as these were second ski holidays and both did what they said on the tin by offering good value flights, transfers, accommodation and food for less than £350. Hotel Riegler was of slightly superior accommodation...

We stayed at this hotel with a large group of friends, there were 12 of us in all. The rooms are not fantastic, but the beds were comfy and, when skiing, honestly how much time do you spend in there? I was disappointed with the view of the side of the hill though. The bar area was great and we...

I stayed at the Riegler with my girlfriend and 10 friends and found very little to complain about. The staff are generally young Brits that are in Saalbach for a ski season, and they were consistently friendly and keen to help. Although there was a large school party they were no more bother than average guests and the hotel dealt...

We were there as a group of five on the week mentioned below and the Hotel Reigler was fine... We knew beforehand that a school would be staying and that we might experience some boisterous behaviour from kids away for the first time... but, actually, they were quite well behaved... and the children we spoke to were polite and kept...

What a disappointing stay at the hotel reigler. This hotels target moneymaking market is obviously schools so if you are wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday this is not the place for you, with shouting, banging doors and the kids running up and down the corridors till late it is difficult to get some decent shut eye. So first impressions...

We returned from Saalbach today, staying at Hotel Riegler. I'm trying to be fair and positive about the place as I don't like to complain, but i feel i owe it to others that may be considering the Riegler to have the full picture. There was a school party there at the same time and they dominated the hotel for...
