Apres ski here is amazing, if you like to party it's a must visit place. Mountain is well run and hardly any queues, off piste riding is also excellent (gets tracked out pretty quick tho).

Yes, it's on a fairly steep hill but you can ski back to a point that's only a one minute walk away and at the start of the day it's only a two minute walk to a lift that goes straight to a travelator that goes straight to the cable car. I wouldn't say that access to the ski area is an issue for this chalet at all.
