Stayed there for 3 nights for a short ski vacation. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Had a late checkout that went very smoothly (arrived around midnight). Location is good. 5-10 min drive from from the village center (and the ski lift) - not walking distance. And since it is not in the village, it is very quite and relaxing......

Stayed for a week whilst snowboarding in Soll. Rooms were just about right, breakfast had a lot variety, all good quality produce. Overall it did seem a little expensive for what you got, then again it was half term and we didn't really use the extras. If you are going to use the spa facilities it's probably a better deal....

We stayed at Hotel AlpenSchlössl in Söll with our family. Our room had a nice valley view and the sauna is newly made. The room was a announced as large but was very small and overpriced compared to other, comparable hotels in the Wilder Kaiser region. Food amount and diversity was ok but from rather simple quality. Service was mediocre,...

I stayed here with my family for six nights on a walking/sightseeing holiday. The location is idyllic, set above the valley with fabulous views. It is quite a hike to the centre of Soll of the ski-lift so I would suggest you have access to a car. The gardens are large and well tended. The whole place is set up...

The staff and personnel is very kind! Rooms are large and very clean. A make me and my dog feel welcome hotel. "Alles gemütlich" for the hotel guests. The meals are very "bio" healthy and delicious. 4 or 5 course meals. The wellness in hotel: sauna (nude), infrared cabine was very nice, indoor swimming-pool was great but water temperature a bit...

We had 3 rooms in the Landhaus next to the main hotel adjacent to the Agerhof guest house. All 3 are linked both in terms of ownership and underground corridors. The rooms were good sized and the bathrooms more than adequate for our 10 day holiday. No baths but good showers in wet room layout. There are lifts to all...

My boyfriend and I went for the Easter weekend for a brief skiing trip. The room had stunning views and the wellness centre was beautiful and perfectly relaxing. The food was delicious and the staff, very friendly. Customer service is above and beyond, and they made a true effort on Easter Sunday. It's my second time at the AlpenSchloessl and...

Pretty hotel located a mile or so off the village and ski lifts, in addition to the ski bus very easy to get to by car and less than 8 euros in a taxi. Did almost become unstuck when it snowed heavily one afternoon as the hotel is up an incline and the car just managed to hold the road,...

We stayed at the hotel in January as part of a family group of 6. The hotel is little way out of town but there is a ski bus in the morning and afternoon and very reasonable taxi's outside of these times. The walk in and out is quite pretty but allow 40mins each way. The pool and spa area...

We stayed in the Agerhof on a half-board basis which was perfect for a family of four and the best bit was the wonderful view from our room towards Itter and the mountains beyond. The evening meals were fantastic, particularly the salad buffet. I would have liked more variation in the hot food at breakfast but overall this was good...
