This hotel is clean and spacious with a decent breakfast. As much as I travel my issues are noise. This hotel has terribly thin walls and ceilings. Could hear every footstep, toilet flush, and shower above me and conversations through the walls. If you get...More

We stayed at this hotel Oct 28 & 29. It is a fairly new hotel with spacious rooms. We stay in Marriot hotel a lot and the room at this Fairfield Inn is more spacious than most. Breakfast was also very good. The staffs at...More
We did stay here after a long drive from Texas. Hotel was OK missed the last step of hospitality. Staff was helpful but not to friendly. Overall OK value for the money. Having the highest Marriott status did not buy me a nicer room, even...More

Palm Springs is about a 35 to 40 minute drive from Twentynine Palms and Indio is about a 45 minute drive from Twentynine Palms. As far as public transportation, I believe there is limited bus service between the cities. The Fairfield in Twentynine Palms does not have limo service. Taxi service between the cities I would believe is pretty expensive. Car rental facilities at the Palm Springs airport is available and depending on the time of the year not too unreasonable.I would not stay in Twentynine Palms without my own or rented vehicle. You might check with the hotel about the bus service between the 3 cities
