My husband and I have been stopping at the 29 Palms Inn for the past 20 years, between our travels from our home in the Bay Area, to our other home in Tucson. The Inn is the perfect place to relax, experience the wildlife, stroll the grounds and share an excellent meal at the restaurant.

The 29 Palms Inn is worth a significant detour. I recommend eating dinner at the restaurant. While one could relax at the Inn all day, be sure to explore Joshua Tree NationalkPark, whose visitor center and entrance is very close by.

Unique and friendly hotel around the oasis with the spirit of the desert. Old Frame 1 and 2 are characterful cabins with two rooms with shared bathroom and great for two couples. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Perfect starting point to explore Joshua Tree Park.

29 Palms Inn was a rare find. I totally loved my first stay. The accommodations, the food, the gardens and grounds; all exceeded my expectations. The adobe bungalows are charming, comfortable, imaginative and very quiet. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding. The Inn is almost a destination: part of the...

Great place to stay! Great place to visit with a bunch of friends! We recommend it highly with or without kids. Reserve in advance. Research trails to hike nearby. Wish we had visited nearby museum. Lots of space.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the 29 Palms Inn. Both times we stayed in the Forget-Me-Not adobe cottage. We love the fireplace and the privacy. It is also pleasant to walk around the grounds. The restaurant is also a nice place to eat.

Everything about 29 Palms Inn is five stars. Unique cabins, stellar service, and such wonderful personality. And so close to the JT National Park. My family couldn't have asked for anything better. And the food at the restaurant is so delicious!! Best food you can find in Twentynine Palms. And the packed lunches and breakfast in the morning are hearty...

I've stayed here twice and can't wait until the next trip. The staff are all friendly and helpful and willing to share about the inn's unique history. Take time to wander around the property- there's a lot to explore and to see. The restaurant is quite good. We ordered the delicious bagged lunches and took them to Joshua Tree for...

This was a great stop over after a few days in Las Vegas. The inn is a little gem hidden away in a unique part of the country. The rooms are very quaint with lots of charm. We stayed in the Faultline which had a hammock and a fridge in the private courtyard. Yoga on weekend mornings was a nice...
