Rude, unhelpful, not particularly wed to the truth. Deal at your own risk, and it would be best to have a backup plan for accomodations...

We had an older unit--Room 101. It was small, not especially clean and uncomfortable. The "bathroom" was a toilet and grungy shower stall--and the sink was the same sink as in the small kitchenette. There was also insufficient parking and we had to park along the road. Although we had pre-paid for a week, we left after one night.

The front desk clerk was wonderful, very welcoming and sweet. We needed a room with two beds. So, when we got to our room the first thing that crossed my mind was "who was murdered in here?" There was a questionable large reddish brown stain on the floor along with other stains. I wondered how they murdered the victim and...

We stayed for 5 nights at the Islander in Unit 326 and had a great experience. The units are each individually owned and it is run as a hotel/condo. There is a small pool and jacuzzi with BBQ and it is quite fun at dinner with everyone gathering to BBQ. We met other guests from all over the world including...

We stayed at KII 3 years ago and was considering to book KII again due to its location BUT was very worried as the reviews on Tripadvisor was not good. We rented unit 334 from Rita Roberts and we were satisfied with the unit. It's not the Ritz but we did not pay for the Ritz. Most important was that...

When i asked for new towels they told me to wash them myself. The bed is over 20 years old. The front desk offers no...

Go ahead and stay here if you don't like to hang in Your room. Every day starting at 7am and ending at 9pm we were woke up and driven out of our rom by the constant construction in the unit above us. Even Saturday and Sunday and the management did nothing about it. We were told that the construction is...

I rented a small vacation condo at this hotel. It was a little funky, but fine with me. Room was nice and had all the basics. The balcony had a nice view of the garden and it felt very tropical. Place was quiet and clean. It is a little old and worn and is showing its wear and tear. It...

Do not stay here UNLESS you view the room first. Rooms were nasty! Shower was so dirty I had to scrub it before we used it and then it was still just plain ole stained plastic! The sink in the kitchenette is the sink you brush your teeth/wash your face in/spit in= not cool! I am not a finicky sleeper-...
