We just returned from a wonderful stay in Kona. We were there for two weeks, and despite the daily ominous predictions by the weatherman, we had great weather. We stayed in Unit 405 of the Banyon Tree and would awaken each morning to watch the surfers from the lanai. They were a constant source of entertainment throughout our stay from...

My family and I stayed in Banyan Tree 204 last summer. I don't often write reviews but my family and I had such a great experience that I had to share. The condo is beautiful and very clean/organized, just as the pictured. Candace has added a new sectional sofa with a queen sleeper bed that is not only beautiful but...

As I write this review I am sitting on the lanai watching 18 surfers show their skills and taking in the salt air and ocean waves. Unit 405 is amazing and I would highly recommend it. Close to town, new everything, clean, convenient, and somy breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!!

Stayed in unit 405. When we arrived the temperature in the unit was roughly 110°. The biggest downfall of the unit is the lack of air conditioning. Kona is extremely warm and humid. sleeping in the unit was very uncomfortable. We had to go out and buy several fans then return them. It took at least five days to get...

We stayed in #401 and it's great! The pool is nicely cared for and kept clean As is the got tub. This unit is located at the end of Ali'i Drive so you are away from the hussle of the downtown and just get peace & quiet but you are close enough to still be able to run in. This...

We absolutely loved our stay in #302. It was beautiful, and the view cannot be beat! We loved just sitting on the balcony and watching the surfers. You can watch sea turtles playing in the surf from the balcony. Listening to the ocean an night was beyond soothing. Certainly better than any sound machine we've ever used! The only way...

We went in Hawai for 2 weeks in july 2014 and have stayed in 5 different locations (all condos - Lahaina, Hana, Hilo, Kona and kihei) and I have to mention that this unit was the best condo unit we had on our vacation. It was the best by far and we would have stayed there longer. Why we liked...

My husband and I were lucky enough to visit Hawai'i Island for a week this past June. After much research, I decided the Banyan Tree was "the one". Our regular haunt, the Keauhou Outrigger, was sadly no more and we needed a new place to call home when we were in Paradise. I checked out many reviews both on Tripadvisor...

Very handy to to downtown, yet easy to get out of town. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony and have our morning coffee while watching surfers or sea turtles. Sunsets were lovely to see also. And it's not far down the highway to the best coffee in the world. Very clean 2 bedroom apartment. We...

My wife, two daughters, and I spent five glorious days in this fantastic condo and came home with some memories and mental images that will last a lifetime! This very clean and gorgeous complex nearly overhangs the edge of the ocean! Its also THE spot for local surfers to test their skills which makes for amazing entertainment...as do the fabulous...
