We just returned from a 15 night stay at this property in two different units. The first unit was up 3 flights of stairs with luggage and a Costco trip to haul in. Other than the stairs the unit was nice very quiet with a golf course view and open ceilings in the bedroom and living areas. We liked that...

I stayed here Sept 2011. The 1 bd condo was huge. Plenty of room for 4 people. Two of which would sleep on a pull out sofa. Furnishings were in the best condition. The lanai is one of the largest I have ever had in Hawaii. The pool area is very well kept with a great staff at the bar....

This was my first time in Kona. I needed a quiet vacation where I could do my own thing and decompress and that is what I got. The resort was a timeshare exchange through Interval International. I had a two bedroom, two bath villa in building 20. The villa was nicely furnished, very comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was...

Loved this resort. It was more than we expected. It was well maintained and very large. We had a two bedroom, 3 bath unit. It was fully furnished and very lovely. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The on-site restaurant was good but a bit pricey. The only things were didn't care for were 1) it was far from the Kona town...

I have stayed at this resort the last 7 times I stayed in Kona. The villas are always kept clean and are decorated in an Hawaiian theme, very spacious and it's very easy to start relaxing as soon as you enter the villas. The staff really make you feel comfortable and welcome right from the entrance to the resort to...

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were given a self-contained apartment with two bathrooms, a living room area and a small kitchen. Best of all, we were given a ground floor apartment so, instead of our back doors opening onto a balcony, they opened onto a lovely bit of lawn (private, for all intents and purposes),...

We first stayed here with family and loved it so much we wanted to own a little slice of Hawaii for ourselves. We own in Phase II but have stayed in both sides and have had a wonderful experience each time. The grounds are beautifully maintained, they have planted lovely little herb gardens near BBQ areas so you can snip...

My wife says this is her most favorite place on earth! Home away from home. The condo is very comfortable. Decorated nicely. Although it is a one bedroom condo, it has two full bathrooms. Fully equiped kitchen and the condo has a washer and dryer. A spacious lanai is located right off the living room which overlooks the golf course...
