Great location! A few minutes away from the bustle of Kona, but walking distance to Keahou Bay and a shopping centre. The complex itself is very nice, and the townhouse is clean and well-equipped. Lots of trees and foliage, and you can hear the waves from your lanai or upstairs bedroom. I recommend it, and would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic spot, a short drive from Kailua-Kona. This ground floor condo looks west over the ocean. Lava cliffs are just metres from the lanai. Arranging our stay there was a breeze. Denise, the owner, was more than helpful in recommending fun things for us to do in the area. The condo was quite spacious, much bigger than...

Townhouse #2 is a two-bedroom town house which the owners have made very welcoming to guests. In addition to the expected boogie boards and beach towels, there were tennis rackets and balls to use on the (free) tennis courts at the resort. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, cooking implements, and seasonings and spices. The location is perfect,...

My husband and eleven-year-old stepdaughter stayed in townhouse 196 for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. The owner, Sandy, and her property manager, Jeri, were friendly, accessible and took care of everything. The place was clean, well-appointed and perfectly situated for all the things we wanted to do. The best snorkelling beach on the island was a...

Booked this condo through Abbey Vacation Rentals for our 1st anniversary. The S&R club is located on the south end of Alii drive, with quick access to Kona and most other sites on the west coast. The grounds are well-kept, and the condo (2-103) was well-equipped and decorated with charming style. Very quiet complex, resting on top of a 20ft...

Stayed here from Nov 6-12, and it exceeded our expectations!! Traveled with my wife and two teenagers, so having the living room, two bedrooms (king bed in one, twin beds in the other), two full baths, and fully stocked kitchen (plates, glasses (wine and regular), bowls, blender, coffee maker, silverware, pots, pans and more), made use feel like we were...

I recently returned from another conference in Kona, Hawaii with two colleagues. On our prior trip we had stayed at the nearby Sheraton for 199.00/night for a small standard room with a mountain view. I decided to look around for another hotel or condo and stumbled upon an ad for this condo at The Kona Surf and Racquet Club. It...

My husband and I stayed at Sandy's lovely condo Unit 59 for several days. This unit is located close to most any activity you would want to visit. The unit is furnished very nicely with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The complex is well maintained, quiet, and safe. If we should return to visit Kona again we...

Great place! We stayed at Sandy's place with our two children and we really liked it. The pool is great (and never too crowdy), the sunset are wonderful and the house was very clean. It is a one minute drive from a beach where you can swim with turtles. We will certainly go back there the next time we will...

I booked 3 months ahead and was emailed the entry information after I requested it 2 days before arriving. I got to condo at 4 p.m. and was not able to enter the property with the gate code.
