We stayed at Beach Villas at Kahalu'u, Unit 2-203. The condo is beautiful; the pictures are an accurate representation. The location is ideal - across the street from the best snorkeling anywhere and four or more turtles were always out. Everything you'll ever need is included in the condo, even flashlights. Shopping is conveniently located at Keahou, along with a...

We rented unit 1-201 at Beach Villas at Kahaluu. We found it on Trip Advisor, and rented through Aloha Condos. Service was very good, we needed a place to stay for the next day and the owner actually contacted us right away. The condo was perfect, located right across the street from the beach and very close to Keauhou shopping...

We stayed in unit 1-PH3 for the second time this March. Our first stay was in Feb. 2008. All in all our place was great. You can't beat the location what with the snorkel beach across the street, grocery shopping around the corner and downtown Kona a short, pleasant drive away. The unit itself is beautiful and well equipped. I...

We stayed at 2-202 for a week in March 09 and had a pleasant stay. We heard no noise from neighboring units. The beds were comfortable and the condo had a nice view over the pool to the beach across the street. The kitchen was well applianced (large and small) though we did not use it as much as we...

Just finished a week's stay at the Beach Villas at Kahalu'u and loved it. The location is great, just a few minutes drive from the Kona shops and restaurants but far enough away from everything to enjoy quiet evenings. The price of the condo vs. the local hotel is much better and the hotels look old and in need of...

My partner and I stayed at the Beach Villas at Kahaluu from January 2-14, 2009. We rented unit 2-204 through Abbey Vacation Rentals. By far the positives outweigh the negatives. On the plus side: Upon arrival, we found the unit to be very well maintained and appointed. Abbey Vacation Rentals provided detailed information before our arrival and the unit contained...

Stayed at the Beach Villas over the Christmas/New Year holiday (2008/2009). The condos are relatively new and very nicely decorated - we were very pleased. Abbey Rentals did a great job of having the unit cleaned and ready for us....the air conditioning was on, music was playing, and the lights were on when we arrived after dark. As mentioned in...

Thank you tripadvior. I don't know how I'd find this ideal place otherwise. We've been to the island 5 times and this is my favorite place to stay for a non-resort property. I'll definitely be coming back. Located across the street from famed Kahaluu Beach Park, a snorkel paradise with turtles and fish galore. It's so nice to walk across...

Probably just adding more of the same and agreeing with previous reviewers, a great stay at this well located condo. Unit 1-PH3 is, as the name implies, in the first block near the road, so a sea view , and PH3 is one of the Penthouse Units, eg top floor. Not much from the road, occasionally you'd hear a car,...

Just returned from two outstanding weeks in Kona. The accomodation at Beach Villas in Kahaluu was nothing short of a solid " 10 " . The location outstanding, close to the town of Kona, close to a terrific shopping centre. Surrounded by local outdoor markets. All within a max of 10 minutes from each. The Beach at Kahaluu was terrific....
