Great staff, and wonderful service. The views, the pool, the food was all more than we expected. We felt like we were special VIP's. The hotel has it's own little beach with sand steps from the pool area. There are several great restaurants and pub's within walking distance. The Kona Brewery is a a short two block walk.

If you only have one night in Kona, this is the place. Great location right in town. Walking distance to Kona Brewery, small beach and pool with great views, walking distance to to many restaurants, walking distance to pier, with easy access from airport. The rooms are very small. Basic rooms, although very clean.

Came over from Honolulu for a few days. Good location but nothing special about the hotel. The parking lot can be a bit of a problem. If you are a guest of the hotel you go in and out of the lot using a slip of paper that can get crooked ands hard to use. We got stuck behind quite...

Mahalo for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We see that you found some features of our hotel that you were happy with and others that we not so impressive to you. We understand and hope that you will still consider revisiting us if your travels bring you back to Kailua-Kona. We apologize for the parking system...

The hotel is in an excellent location, however the staff were very rude and did not seem to care about the guests staying at the hotel. One of the people at the parking shack was extremely rude and was actually verbally attacking! I literately had to drive away or I would have gotten out of the car and "discussed" things...

Our friend was competing in Ultraman and this was the host hotel. We stayed here a couple days before and after the event. It is in an ideal location in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It's also located at the swim start and run finish of Ironman World Championship. It was awesome running on the course and going for...

We stayed here being Ironman junkies and wanting to see where it all happens. A quick walk to Kona Brewing Co which is a favorite now and ample pools. The beach could be bigger, but with smaller kids it made things easy.

We booked this hotel with our flight. It is an easy trip from the KOA airport via Speedishuttle and close to downtown thus we did not rent a car. The room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed in an ocean view room facing the front of the hotel. We loved the location as we were able to walk to...

Aloha! Thank you for providing us with great feedback about your stay. One of the most popular comments we receive has to do with our convenient location. It does make it a great home base to do so many things on our island. Guests love the close proximity to dining, shopping and activities. We apologize for the 11:00 a.m. check...

Close to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms with reasonably nice view of the ocean. Close to snorkeling and beach. They feature a good, reasonable priced seafood buffet on Saturday and a great burger pool side if you just want to lay by the pool.
