Beach House #1 had a pretty comfy bed, the loft is a pretty tight space but fine for 13YO daughter, the kitchen was basic but had enough for us to eat in a night or two plus a full fridge. But the location was outstanding, as it is right next to two of the major kayak adventure companies, next to...

One positive is that there is a full size refrigerator with fre.ezer for our fish we caught in Homer. The negatives: advertised as having Internet, but NO INTERNET connection. Kitchen is not very well stocked, no cutting board, crummy knives, etc. No games provided for rainy days since there is no tv. Lots of foot traffic noise from upstairs unit....

We stayed in Beach House 2 and really loved it. It was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, so you can easily cook all your meals here. There's also a barbecue and firepit outside. The parking is very easy and the beach is beautiful. There are lots of things to do in the local area - the Exit...

We spent 3 nights in Beach House #1 with our 9 year old grandson and had a grand time. Not a drop of rain and the house was perfect. Grandson loved the loft---steep stairs, so you must be nimble to climb up there. The bedroom was cozy, queen bed comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything if you want to cook. We...

We stayed here as a family and the overall setting with the woods was very nice and the "beach" is right down the road. The views of the mountains from the beach are fantastic. We were treated to a visit by a bald eagle right in the tree above us and I got some amazing pictures. If you are looking...

We stayed in Beach House 2. What a great place! Beautiful wood. Extremely clean. Quaint and cute outside. Complete kitchen. The beach is just across the street and is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Lots of trees and birds. The road is a bumpy ride, but then so are so many in Alaska! Beach House is...

Lovely Cabin #1 for the two of us. We really enjoyed all the glass windows and viewing of the bird feeders, as we are birdwatchers. Saw varied thrush, gray jays, red squirrels and more. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights, as it poured rain the entire time. It was nice to be able to cook in, and...

We had the opportunity to stay in Beach House #2. Perfect cabin for two couples. It had everything you need to make an awesome fish fry from the catch of the day. We were able to stay for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Close to water and close to the town of Seward. Beautiful!

Claire was always available to field questions or concerns. Her house is clean with an awesome gas stove and outside grill that allowed us to cook our own food and get a break from restaurants! The only drawback was poor wi if connectedness -- sad for the World Cup fans!

We stayed at Beach House 1. Two couples, although with the futon it could have easily slept two more. Great location (our Google Maps directions stopped us short. Just keep driving past Miller's Landing). Clean rooms, kitchen stocked with all the tools, comfy beds, etc. Only downside was WiFi signal was too weak to use. Told the owner about this,...
