I am having a very difficult time trying to make reservations for 2016. My emails and phone messages have gone unanswered. But I want to stay HERE! And book the tours they offer! Any suggestions?

Did you have any luck staying here. I stayed here back in 2008 and had the same problem with the communication issues. I am sad to read they have not gotten their act together yet.
