Nice pool but not available after 7pm and only opened just before check out (10.30am) i.e. closed at the times you would want a swim. Only one medium sized towel per person. NO toiletries. Basic breakfast around kitchen sink (or outside). Cars not allowed inside the gates so bags etc have to be carried a long way. Certainly not worth 100€. I was looking forward to sharing lovely time with my daughter and granddaughter but it was very disappointing. It felt like the enthusiasm for guests had worn off and everything was done to a minimum.

We were cycling across France and were grateful first of all for the excellent directions the owner gave, the lovely pool and tea and coffee in the room. It was peaceful and well located, the room was stylishly decorated, the breakfast was excellent and we were given more helpful tips on the route ahead by the owner. Should we ever do this trip again we wouldn't hesitate to book. The owner is bilingual

We are a small family of three doing the Vélodysé from Rochefort to St. Girons. We read some of the reviews before arriving and were a bit apprehensive. Finally we we amazed at the value for money. The family room was spotless and tastefully kitted out. The pool was big enough for a good swim to rest our legs and was a real God send. The host was a lovely guy who was really happy to give us lots of local knowledge on restos, bars and cycle paths. We would certainly recommend this place to our friends. We didn't want to leave. We are now on our next stop and sorely missing Atlantic Villa.

spotlessly clean rooms and pool area, a real haven for rest, relaxation with access to a beach and lake nearby for sports such as surfing and waterskiing - fabulous. weather amazing. there is opportunity to hire bikes from the owners, and excellent places to cycle and see the real French villages with provincial charm. breakfast was excellent the produce is all fresh and wholesome - yummy. The owners are absolutely charming, can't do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable, it is wonderful place for single travellers, families and couples. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to any one, in fact i have just rebooked my next stay at Atlantic Villa.
