There are several rooms above this bar/restaurant near the church in the centre of Hourtin, right opposite Tourist Information. They are clean and air-conditioned but dated and ours only had natural light through a window too high to see through. However, the plumbing all worked in the en-suite bathroom (were those tiles from the 70s or even earlier?) and it had a full sized bath. Wi-fi is free of charge and the half-board rate of €89 for a double room is excellent value. Staff were friendly and welcoming, allowing us to store our bikes in a room off the breakfast room, together with those of several people cycling the Camino de Santiago.
