Location, location, location! Walking distance to all of Seattle’s amazing restaurants, Pike Market, Seattle Center, you name it. It’s a few blocks from the metro that takes you to the airport for $3.00. Our room was lovely. Great bed, clean, good TV. It was perfect. The

SERVICE: Dominic was our first encounter when we arrived. I’m not sure if he’s the manager but he sure was IMPRESSIVE. Intuitive. Just ALWAYS on the ball right from the get go. We arrived a bit early for check in but he immediately offered to store our bags for us so we can roam

I give the hotel an average rating because the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. The beds were fine. We had some issues with getting room service because something was wrong with the phone lines. The location is great for walking to pike place and shopping.

Response from Inspire67070850329, General Manager at Warwick Seattle
Responded 3 days ago
Thank you for commenting on your recent stay with us; we truly value your feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the bathroom issue which you experienced during your stay. I have met with our Housekeeping Manager to research the oversite on the date of your stay. We have retrained the staff so that the same problem does not exist for future guest stays. I also want to apologize for the miscommunication regarding room service. At times when our room service staff is delivering a guest room request, at this time our room service phones will be forwarded to our front desk, so they are able to radio our room service attendants in order to follow up on in-house guest orders. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience. We look forward, to seeing you back in the near future, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me personally at Sdarling@warwickhotels.com so I may be of assistance.

This rating probably would have been higher, but the attitude of the staff member at the front desk caused me to lower it. They did their job, but weren't to helpful; not sure if it was because I booked the trip through a hotel booking program or it was just there general

We stayed for a night after going to see the enchanted forest at Safeco and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Metropolitan Grill. I had briefly mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and low and behold after we came back from dinner there was a bottle of champagne on ice

Are you located downtown
Thank you for your inquiry. I see that Ric has provided great detail about our location already, so I will respond with far less. We are located in what most consider downtown Seattle in a neighborhood called Belltown. We are just outside of what is considered the Central Business District, or the technical downtown of Seattle. If you would like any more clarification please do not hesitate to call the hotel and ask for Ric or I. We would be happy to assist. Best regards, Tim Bathke, CHA General Manager Warwick Seattle
