I was traveling alone and am elderly (75) and needed to attend a one day conference about 2 miles from the Inn. It was recommended by Landmark. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There was a good coffee place nearby and also a few good restaurants.

I'm not totally sure why this hotel has such bad ratings. i have no complaints, it was a good price in a good location, the room was clean and big and had almost a full kitchen and huge closet. the staff was very nice, free coffee in the lobby, a garden courtyard, theyll hold your bags pre or post check...

Cozy, basic, very good value and wonderful location. We did have to adjust the radiator for heat with a wrench but that did not bother us bcuz we were charmed with the kitchenette and the location and the excellent value

This hotel could be great if someone cared about it. There is a lot of mold growing AND instead of replacing a piece of drywall they have a guy doing patch work. Either sell it to someone who can afford upkeep or try harder. You have a real gem that could be valuable if the owners cared.

At this price point I should not have been surprised by the shabbiness of the accomodation but I was. The photo online made the room look quite a lot nicer and it was pretty depressing. I was in a corner front room which was nice in terms of light but very noisy with street sounds. All in all it was...

Great price for the area The room works but the heater was cranked all the way up, the heater is old and works, works to good, I tried to turn it off because it was over a 100 degrees in the room, the heater was still warm in the morning 8 hours after I turned it off. The AC only...

Awesome location, great value, very charming building & room. Service was great, room was comfortable. It was surprisingly restful, and our room was very clean. There were a few things that needed repair, but it didn't affect our stay and added to the charm.

Seattle hotels are overpriced or awful. This is a 2-3 stars hotel that has good points: situation, safe neighbourhood, good wifi and good transport options (monorail and bus). Regarding breakfast, there are some options not far away. You can also use a small parking lot near from the hotel, paying a fee. Workers are kind.

No elevator, bad smell, bad door locks, bad telephone service, misleading as their better sister hotel is on same website - you'd think you're getting comparable hotel stays (MarQueen is a total step up from this one).

The room, the view, the staff support, the ease of getting the reservation, the location, and a terrific price all made for a wonderful hotel experience! We will stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.
