Bugs in our room, poor customer service, filthy bedding with stains everywhere. Do not waste your time or money. We checked out a few minutes after we got there. Location was great for our trip to the space needle, but it didn't matter.

The room set up is good with a small kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Great location across from Seattle Center and friendly staff. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. Hotel is showing signs of aging and has several broken or breaking items including the windows and plumbing. Would be perfect after a moderate makeover.

Room smelled like it was just fumigated for bugs. Very old and run down. Will not stay here again. Carpet was dirty, sheets wrinkled, no outlet in the bathroom and one small mirror in the bathroom. Bad overall experience

Great price and excellent location to the space needle and the Armory (an excellent food court). Plenty of good food in the area. There's an excellent Safeway with friendly staff just 2 blocks away. I plan on coming back when I return to a Seattle.

My reservation at Queen Anne was updated and the price increased significantly without a reason. When I called to cancelled the reservation, a rude and nasty receptionist hung the telephone upon me while I was only trying to know if they will send me an e- mail confirming that my reservation was effectively cancelled Glad to not stay in this...

An excellent location with great value! We spent very little time in our room as we stayed busy touring Seattle. We went back for short rests and then of course to sleep for the night. If I was to make another trip to Seattle for the same purpose I would book again!

Not satisfied at all with my stay, very doubtful i will ever stay here again. My old heater in my room # 152 would not turn off at all, tried both ways. It was crazy hot in the room my whole stay, like really hot. Even with the air conditioning on, it still was too hot. Which also made it...

The room was reasonably priced. However, we found it to be noisy. The stairs to second floor felt uneven and steep so we felt unsteady when carrying the luggage up the stairs. Parking was also an additionally charge. Street parking was scarce.

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and helpful, but it went downhill from there. The front desk woman was unhelpful and rude. Ceiling paint was falling in the bathroom. Bedside lights were broken, and the windows are dangerous because they could slam on your fingers. Windows were difficult to close.

Great location, and I found free street parking just a few blocks up the hill for my 4-day stay. It's not new or fancy, so if you're looking for sleek look somewhere else. However, the building and rooms do have character and serve perfectly well as hotel rooms. My suite was basically a full studio apartment, including kitchenette, which was...
