Facilities were fine. Clean and spacious, firm bed. Elevator small but adequate. Temperature not an issue. Front desk staff were efficient and professional. Price was good. The location is a bit of a hike (uphill) from the downtown core under or over the I-5. Despite the fact that it is proximal to a working hospital, it was extremely quite -...

OMG, just trying to find this hotel was a challenge. There was road work surrounding it, it was located beside a hospital with the same name. We had to drive around various blocks just to get into the entrance. The ad says .6 K from town centre, would be interesting to note, what exactly is the town centre in Seattle?...

Staying at the Inn at Virginia Mason was a wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed here at the end of August during our vacation to the Pacific Northwest. The hotel actually upgraded our room due to overbooking, so we stayed in a suite. I thoroughly researched this hotel prior to arrival, and these are the responses I have to...

Working at the Virginia Mason Medical Center, i booked this hotel. It proved to be extremely convenient, as it is directly connected to the hospital and I didn't need to go outside at all. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are spacious, clean and well supplied. The hotel is dated, however, and the bathroom VERY small. There...

I highly suggest to anyone that wants to stay at a hotel and not a motel to NOT stay here. The building has that old musty smell and needs a serious renovation. The restaurant was closed for "renovations" and there is only one ice machine on the lobby floor. The hotel rooms are super old and do not have a...

My family of four stayed 4 nights at this hotel just east of downtown Seattle. The major advantage was staying within walking distance of many downtown sites (Space Needle, Chihuly Garden & Glass, EMP museum, etc.) at less than $200/night. Our room (407) was quite spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, despite being next...

The hotel is adjacent to the Virginia Mason Hospital so if you are in town for medical reasons and are being treated at Virginia Mason, this is the perfect hotel for your trip. We were in town on vacation and chose The Inn due to its proximity to downtown, to the wharf, and its price. The hotel has a European...

We stayed here for one night with my sister and brother-in-law. It is conveniently situated for downtown. The decor is tired and could do with renovation but the rooms appeared largely clean. However when grabbing my towel I immediately noticed it had what I can only say was faeces smeared over it... Not a good start. I took it down...

Hi Travelers, Thank you for your comments. I apologize we were not more proactive in addressing your housekeeping concerns. With regard to our college age front desk agents, we are proud to hire and promote young professionals as they begin their careers. We typically hear wonderful comments regarding our service. Good luck in your future travels.

The hotel is dated, but really quite quaint in its appointment. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was a lovely feature. The location was perfect for accessing the great bars and restaurants in Capitol Hill, and for shopping downtown. I'd definitely stay here again.

Within easy walking distance to several main attractions. We were 5 staying in a suite. Although the street-side room was a bit noisy in the mornings, it was quite spacious for 5 adults (my husband and I with our 3, very tall, teenaged sons). The beds were super comfy with 4 pillows on each. The roof-top terrace was also a...
