Hotel is a converted three story apartment building from 1918. It's rooms are large and comfortable. In a great area that is walkable to many major attractions. The staff is super friendly. Be aware that there is no elevator.

I love this hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful (the valet came to my room to let me know a parking space had opened up - then stood in the space til I got there!!) Rooms are big; beds are good. Bathrooms are getting a bit decrepit, but still clean and useable. Location is wonderful!

The only problem I encountered was the wifi on the third floor. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Comfy pillows and bed. I loved the robes. Kitchenette was nice. Especially when I was hungry. Overall it was great.

I expect health facilities like a workout room and a hot tub from a 3.5 star. Since they don't have it, they can make a deal with another hotel or a health club. The breakfast is very small without choice. You get the cheapest bagel with a small greek yogurt. They can add even paid options to the free menu...

As a business traveler to Seattle, the MarQueen hotel has become my preferred place to stay. I have received great service from the staff on each of my visits, including occasional room upgrades. During this recent trip I tried the food at Tin Lizzy and found it to be elegant and on par with the finest restaurants in Queen Anne....

Very old hotel, lots of history, very clean and friendly staff. We chose this because it was within walking distance of the activities we were going to that evening. Also, we had traveled past that hotel several times during the summer/fall season and thought that would be a place we would like to try out.

We enjoy staying at the MarQueen as it's location is amazing. However, they need to do some updating and maintenence in their rooms. The water pressure is awful in the bathrooms and the electrical outlets are a bit scary. We recently stayed in room 112 which is literally 3 steps from the lobby this makes your experience in that room...
