Amazing!!! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the ocean. The service was impeccable, and the complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch. This budget-friendly hotel offered excellent value for money without sacrificing comfort or quality. The staff was incredibly welcoming to our four-legged family members, making us feel right at home. Friendly staff and excellent service made our stay memorable.

Thank you for review of your kind review. I do have to say that unfortunately we do not have any views of the ocean. I am sure back in in 1927 we possibly had some views but over the years the city has been built up around us. And we do allow service pets at the hotel that the guests just have to fill out a form for during their stay.

It was fantastic stay, prob one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The location was perfect, beautifull herritage building. Great staff, desk was so helpfull and welcoming. Valet parking staff wonderfull. Lovely lobby and bar. Great food in lounge and great service. Room was lovely very comfortable and had everything we needed. Stayed for 2 nights to see madonna. Close to monorail to climate pledge arena and space needle. Walk to pike place and the old part of downtown seattle. Wish we could have stayed longer, felt like we were staying in the Ritz! Thankyou so much will be back if we can get a price like we did. Just wonderfull

The hotel is very beautiful. We ordered room service a few times and the food was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view and was very nice looking. Beds were comfortable as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Historical Hotel literally means that. Cracked wash basin and a rusty and stained drain in the bathtub. Unsmiling and bordering unfriendly front desk receptionist who clearly would rather be someplace else. My room overlooked air-conditioning units. When I requested for a room change, I was made to understand that I get what I paid for. Nothing on the website mentions that the category of rooms has poor views. The location is the only redeeming feature. So if what you’re looking for is a place to stay that’s close to Pike Market and other tourist trapsg, this could work for you. Expect nothing more.

We apologize for your experience at our property and I assure we taking your statements very seriously. We do apologize for the views of some of our rooms. I am sure back in 1927 we had some great views but the city has gotten built up around us so we are not known for our views. Our in house reservation team will be happy to assist with any bookings that desire to have the best view possible during their stay. Thank you for taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention and for anything else please reach out directly.

Upon arrival, we anticipated a well-maintained, vintage room, as indicated by the card on the freshly made bed. However, reality proved to be quite the opposite. The couch and bedside tables were stained, and the heating, though operational, blew out dust that triggered coughing fits in both my daughters. Despite the discomfort, we chose to endure the cold throughout the night. Opting to take a shower, we found gross residue on the toilet seat. Despite my hesitation to leave a negative review, my unresolved room deposit and the overall condition of the room leave me no choice. I notified the front desk, who mentioned they could have moved us to another room if I had informed them the night before, which was impossible given our late arrival and the apparent lack of available rooms, according to the application we used. Attached are photos of the damages we encountered, including dirty vents, bathroom issues, scum on the couch, and dents on the headboard.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown - quick walk to Pike Place Market and everything it offers, walkable to Starbucks Reserve in Capitol Hill, monorail is literally next door to Space Needle, train station is next to the hotel as well to connect to everywhere else in town. We spent 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The best part is nightcap with a martini at Oliver’s Lounge every evening. Paradigm Shift and Vesper are the best! Didn’t have a chance to try Andaluca restaurant. There’s a Walgreens close by to grab water and snacks. Grab a map of the local area and go exploring. That’s what I did.

I am so glad we found this hotel! It was in a great location, easy walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to see and close to public transportation. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were very clean. If I were forced to say anything negative it would be that the bathroom is tiny but that’s the only drawback to an older hotel. Other than the small bathroom, I have only great things to say and would recommend Mayflower Park Hotel wholeheartedly!

The location of this hotel is amazing! It it attached to a mall that has a monorail to the space needle and in the basement is a train station. So, it was very convienant and we we were able to do all the tourist attractions without having to rent a car. Only a few blocks from pike's place market too! The staff were super friendly! I wouldn't say the hotel is handicapped accessible because there are a lot steps, and the toilet in the bathroom was pretty tiny, but the room and the bed was very comfortable and clean! They offer turn down service too which is cool. I loved the restuarant. It was very yummy and the wait staff was super nice as well. This hotel was probably my favorite part of the trip, tbh. It reminded me of back home in Texas.

I was travelling solo and needed somewhere safe and convenient for four nights. The Mayflower was perfect. Easy to access from Westlake station and even easier to get to the monorail which I used to go to and from the Madonna concert. There’s even a back door straight into the mall and you can use your room card to swipe back in, only when the mall itself is open but that was handy. The room was super spacious with a separate sitting room and dressing area and it was spotlessly clean. The room service menu was small but perfect for my first night after flight delays and the food was delicious. They also brought me a small jug of fresh milk for my morning cuppa as I didn’t fancy the long life offerings. Lovely bar and one of the best martinis I’ve had. The doormen were welcoming and helpful. This isn’t the most fancy or corporate hotel but I would stay again in a flash.

A great hotel with lots of character and in a very central location. We loved that the hotel is in a very central location and was easy to visit the tourist sights in Seattle. The airport train is less than 5 minutes away, as well as the monorail to the space needle. We also used buses and could walk to a lot of attractions such as pikes market place and the Amazon spheres within 5-10 minutes. The staff are so friendly and helpful, in particular Steven the manager. He gave us great tips to enhance our visit to the city as well as a museum pass for half price entry which was great. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you. Our room was on the 12th floor and was clean, quiet and it had everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed Oliver’s for a few cocktails, a perfect way to relax. We would definitely recommend.
