We stayed here for the Marathon weekend, and it was a great location. We were able to walk to Pike's Place Market easily, as well as easy access to the highway and restaurants. The hotel is very modern, yet cozy and gorgeous inside. The rooms were extremely clean with Aveda toiletries. All of the hotel staff was so accommodating and...

Stayed here to watch COPA match between Argentina and Bolivia. The property is 15 mins walking distance to CenturyLink stadium. Even though the hotel is one the edge of city, most tourist places are within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful during our stay.

Dear Kevin, Thank you so much for your review and your stay of course. I am so glad you were able to make it to the game, and why don't you double up and come back when we "hopefully" play Montreal for the MLS champion ship. Regards, Rene Neidhart

Stayed 6 nights on business. Corner room on 5th floor. Nice room but the combination of the lower floor level plus its facing the freeway made for lots of traffic noise in the room. To be fair, this is not the hotel's fault. It wasn't enough of a problem so didn't say anything about it. I did need to turn...

I stayed 3 nights and was very happy with my choice. The entire hotel was modern and we'll updated. The parking was always accessible and convenient. I ate both in the lobby bar and Maxwell their restaurant and was very satisfied. The pastries were freshly made for breakfast and the staff went out of their way to see that you...

A well-run hotel located downtown, although about a 10-12 minute walk to the Convention Center. Mine was a standard, very nice room, but equipped with the gentle roar of I-5 in the background. White noise. I suspect it's true for all South and East facing rooms (I was in a 15th story, south facing room). Key note: it's about 5-6...

If you are a Marriott loyalty member and happen to be traveling on the weekend there is no benefit staying here. The lounge is not open, even though the photo I took in the lobby says that it is open from 6am - 10pm daily. Other Renaissance hotels offer drink discounts and appetizers when they don't have lounges, this does...

Room was clean, shower was strong, and toiletries were fantastic. Room was smaller than I expected, but probably makes sense for Seattle. Really like the Aveda toiletries. The bathrobe was on another level, soft and fluffy. Walking distance to the convention center, about 3 blocks. Mild inclines in between. You need to go way down the hill though to reach...

We stayed here due to its location near the venue for a wedding reception. We selected a one bedroom corner room with a sofa bed in the living room. When opened, the sofa bed filled every square inch of space and completely blocked access to the room door for anyone in the bedroom. The only way in or out was...

Dear traveler 11223, Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to have you as our guest. I am sorry that the configuration of the room did not work out for you during your visit. While the sofa bed combination is practical it does reduce the space available in the living area. It does however provide for a separate...

Very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful staff! The concierge who helped us a few times was knowledgeable and truly took the time for recommendations. When there was a lost phone with an Uber driver, one of the valet/bellman, Max, was over the top helpful! He walked over to the Uber driver, making sure we gals weren't going to get a shake...

The room is clean, the location is good and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. As is typical for a downtown city hotel, there is a parking charge. There really were no negatives during my stay and depending on what I need to do in town I'd stay here again.
