I have stayed at this property several times, mainly due to its location. The rooms are very outdated and the lighting is poor. I have also not had great experiences with the dining. Gym is small. Not a great hotel for the price.

Good day, Dtaylor47! Thank you for being a loyal patron of our property. I am sorry to here that you have not had a pleasant experience on your most recent stay with us. Being an older property, we certainly know that our building has some unique charms and subtitles to it, however, we firmly believe that the product we offer...

My wife and I spent 5 nights in the Seattle Hilton. I stay in Hilton properties about 5 times a year. This hotel is centrally located, near the Pike Market, Monorail to Seattle Center, Convention Center, Art Museum. The decor was what I consider a typical Hilton (which is good), well maintained, contemporary style. The lobby is nothing special and...

I am a loyal Hilton customer. I have been a Diamond member for the last two years and am well on my way to another year. That said, I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the room I was provided. The room did not have a desk, and was so small, that the door to the room almost hit...

This is the downtown Seattle Hilton which is in a great location as it's within walking distance of pike place market, original Starbucks and plenty of restaurants and bars. The white line train from the airport takes you 3 blocks from the hotel. You have to walk uphill from the train 3 blocks but it was not hard as we...

Booked online for $177 a night ended up paying around $300. They don't include parking at all. The tub drain wouldn't close so I couldn't give my son a bath. There was mold growing by the toilet. The tub faucet constantly running could not shut off. The woman who checked us in was BITTER! There is no microwave and the...

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton in downtown Seattle for 4 nights, March 21-25, 2017. We had an executive room with lounge privileges. Although the staff was courteous, I'm sorry to say that the hotel did not compare well with other Hilton properties we have stayed at. The hotel is old, needs updating, but more importantly, the room...

You can't go wrong with a Hilton Hotel and the Hilton Seattle proves that point. This hotel is in a great location. Easy walking distance to all that Seattle offers. The staff was gracious and helpful while answering all my questions. The staff provided great recommendations from dining to sightseeing. The hotel and rooms are spotless. The room was very...

We used Hilton Honors points for an overnight stay with family. I wish we would have used those points to stay at another property. While the staff was quite pleasant and accommodating, the hotel itself is really not very nice. The lobby is over the garage and tight. The room was tiny even by downtown hotel standards and we had...

If you are into a poorly up-grades lobby, not a good location and dates rooms, stay here. While you are there spend some time trading the staff on customer service they all could use a re-fresh. ( that is if they been trained in the first place)

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Helpful and friendly staff and a clean environment. Felt safe with key card access using elevator to hotel floors. Loved the water view. Rooms were small, however comfy. Hilton Honors benefits - loved.
