This is a huge hotel - comparable to some at Vegas. I received a great welcome on arrival and was shown to my room on the 17th floor. It had everything I needed. Very comfortable and extremely quiet. It was an older room and I am not sure what the new ones are like. I was only there for one...

We took a short weekend getaway to the West coast, arriving in Seattle around 11pm. The drive to the hotel from the airport was easy, and I would say we were checked in by midnight. The staff was very polite, but our first disappointment came when we got to our room. We had booked 1 king size bed, but our...

Full disclosure: I travel a lot for work (75-100 trips / year) and, because of this, I know what I want. Specifically I am not ever willing to settle for sloppy execution or poor performance, but especially not when my family is involved. TL;DR - Just stay here, you won't be disappointed. It's clean, central and quiet. The staff know...

Great property in downtown Seattle, next to convention center and close walk to countless restaurants and retail. Close enough to Light Rail (2 blocks) to walk, for those flying in to SeaTac, it's the most reasonably priced option, $2.75 each way versus $40 for taxi or $30+ for airport shuttle. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean, bed was incredibly comfortable,...

Thank you for your recommendation. We are so glad that you enjoyed our Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed! It is important to get a good night's sleep when traveling so you have plenty of energy for sightseeing. The Light Rail is a great way to get to and from the airport. We are just a block away from the Westlake stop....

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights while he attended a conference. The hotel is just a few blocks from the market and all the other great things you should see in Seattle. There is a nice lounge and a great restuarant inside the hotel as well. The staff were very friendly and the service was...

This hotel has a great location but that's about it. Lobby area total chaos, more like Grand Central Station, impersonal and not enough staff. No recognition for SPG Gold card members, was told we don't recognise that here... Very noisy rooms, housekeeping yelling and slamming doors. Very over priced for the level of service received. Rude staff at breakfast.

The beds at this property are heavenly. Not much else matters! But, location is good - right downtown, easy walk to Pike Place or South Lake Union. Internet/Wifi is good. Very nice lounge area and bar. Also a great little market where you can get coffee, small meals, and snacks. I've stayed here several times and will return.

Beautiful hotel close to Convention Center which was handy for us as we were there mostly for business. Also, plenty of shopping nearby as well as a 15 minute walk to Pikes Market. There are 2 great restaurants in the building as well as a Starbucks.

During September 2014 I had quite an enjoyable stay at the Seattle Sheraton Hotel in downtown Seattle -so close to Niketown, H & M, GAP - some fabulous shops including Westlake Centre. The staff were courteous and nothing a problem. The room spacious and the meals both downstairs in the Daily Grill or in room excellent.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. Room was comfortable, as was the bed. Service was well handled. I was even informed of a cheaper parking alternative by the valet when I arrived which was surprising (although the lot he recommended turned out to be full). Some parts of the room were beginning to show wear and tear...
