Excellent hotel at the heart of Seattle's waterfront - actually over the water ! Many attractions and restaurants within a short walk but the hotel operates a complimentary shuttle for slightly longer trips.

Excellent staff - very friendly and efficient. My room was ready well before check-in time, and the front desk was very helpful. The room was out over the water with a great view, and the fireplace actually put out heat, as well as being very cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

The Edgewater has always been one of my favorites and have eaten there numerous times over the years however I was so disappointed when we stayed their to celebrate the 50th anniversary of a close friend. This was one of our best hotel experiences ever in the states or abroad. In every way, a quality experience. We took a room with a view which was worth every extra penny. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Room was amazing. Cozy, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the water which was literally right out the window. Easy access to the downtown area. Very attentive staff; very friendly too. Only drawback was the room was not ready on time but that was a minor inconvenience.

We took the train down from Vancouver B.C. It was a terrific idea, and Customs only checked us twice along the way. The Edgewater is a nice hotel and can be recommended if you have the money to pay for it. The view of Puget Sound is incredible. The jumbo cruise ship right next door is a little inconvenient due to the thousands of people arriving at one time.
