Great value for being in the city. Standard deal when staying in a 'classic' property; i.e. street noise, funky appliances , light switches and power options. But they make it as nice as a classic can be; clean, great beds and bedding. And a true feel of historical property. I guess the bar came over on a ship from Europe...

Close to everything, charming, classic, modern, elegant, w/achievement of service excellence. My go-to for every visit to Seattle. Expect a great experience with easy access (assuming you enjoy a nice walk) to everything the city has to offer. Make sure to pay attention to the mat in the hotel elevator each day - they've never missed a day.

I stayed here for two nights while on business in Seattle. I just loved this hotel. I was upgraded to a corner suite. It was spacious, a little worn but very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. As a frequent traveler I really enjoyed the special attention and good service.

We were in town for a reunion at Seattle University and couldn't have had a better location to the school and Seattle downtown. The hotel has that older charm that isn't for everyone but they do a wonderful job of taking care of their guests. The room was very spacious and had just enough of the past in the room...

Wonderful, wonderful hotel!! And thank you reservation team for the attention given to our special occasion! It was absolutely perfect. Early 20th century vibe reminiscent of the roaring 20s make this place an enchanted experience. We will be back and we have told everyone we know to stay at The Sorrento!

There are some nice aspects of the hotel but also some downsides. I bit over priced for$200 a night. The good. 5pm happy hour with free wine. Fireside room very lovely. The bad. Terrible bed, loud all night, worst sleep I've had in years. Some of the outlets didn't work wifi code written down wrong. Food was ok but not...

I had a medical appt early the next morning and didn't want to try and fight traffic so decided to stay the night. Myself, family and friends earlier in the day had Jazz Sunday Brunch on Easter day. We had a great get together and the hotel provided me with early check in. It is a wonderful old building. My...

My daughter and I spent a couple fun and memorable days in Seattle at Hotel Sorrento. It's a lovely hotel, very comfortable and staffed with friendly, competent staff. It's in a nice neighborhood and easy walking distance to so much. We spent most of our time in good restaurants and Pikes place shopping. Hope we get back soon to explore...

What I loved about the Hotel Sorrento was its personality. I had just been staying at a chain hotel elsewhere, and on previous visits to Seattle have stayed at a more upscale hotel, but this was a wonderful contrast. The building is old (ca. 1900) but has been lovingly restored, while not sacrificing any modern conveniences. The ceilings are high, the...

A unique wonderful hotel, not one those chains were all the hotels and all the rooms are exactly the same. We had a regular room( not a suite) and it was beautiful and cosy. The bed was awesome. The staff were super friendly, the bar was great and the whole decore was heartwarming. Definitely had it's charms.
