I have stayed at this Westin before a few years ago and the facility is showing some wear, especially the elevators that are creaky sounding as well as slow. It is the friendliness and quality of the service that would have me come back again. Resturant on site is good. Location of hotel is excellent. A cosmetic update is in...

This hotel is excellently located and city shopping is at your door. Should you need a taxi they are there 24/7 although most places are within walking distance. The rooms are large and clean. Our king room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had the 10th floor. The view was average but I gather that higher floors...

I stayed at the Seattle Westin as part of a conference with about 1,000 delegates, and the hotel was quite good in serving those delegates. Although the breakfast menu is a bit small, it is varied enough and good quality. Meeting rooms were more than adequate in size and facilities, though temperature control was hard to come by. (In one...

Stayed here for a conference. Little disappointed in the rooms compared to previous stays at Westin. Appreciated the upgrade to the 45th floor, however, the room was dusty, enough dust to wipe and see stacked residue; the bathrooms are extremely small-you have to close the door to use the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower is not strong....

My husband and I stay here every time we're in town for a convention. It's close walking distance to the convention center, a drug store, and many restaurants we love (Pike Place Market is pretty close too). Not the fanciest place, but it's clean and comfortable.

We stayed mid-May for 5 nights with our 1.5yr old son. I reserved a "Space Needle View" room directly through Westin over the phone (not online). It actually got me a better deal by speaking with their customer service rep, because she helped me find a few discounts which otherwise wouldn't have been available through online sites such as Hotels.com,...

I was able to get a decent price for a one night stay pre cruise. I had only 1 request which was to be on a high floor. I understand that not all requests can be met and are not guaranteed, but when I checked the family in, we got floor 7 out of 40. Rooms don't start until floor...

We stayed for two nights after a cruise to explore the city, nice and big rooms with very comfortable beds and with the height of the hotel we were on floor 45 you get great views of the harbour. The bathrooms are a bit dated with the shower over the bath and a shower curtain but otherwise a nice hotel.

We went to Seattle recently for a family weekend getaway and stayed at the Westin. I've stayed at other Westins and expected a good experience. Booking wasn't wonderful as my wife had booked a shoppers package and it didn't come up in her confirmation. After calling three times and getting shuffled to four different people, they finally fixed the problem....

I would stay there again. Very nice staff. Best priced for that category of hotel. Clean rooms with very comfortable bed with super soft pillows. The room had to be the quietist we have ever stayed at. Great location. Very close to montreal , Nordstrom , AMC, Starbucks , 4 blocks from Pike's Market.

“Request the highest floor available for the best view. It costs a little more, but the water view is worth it to get a view of the city, Space Needle, Puget Sound, and Mountains all at the same time!”

“Be careful about taking anything our of the minibar, because they have weight sensors and you will be charged even if you didn't use the item and replace it later. We used it for things we wanted to keep refrigerated and found out when we saw our bill--but they were very good about taking everything off when we spotted the problem and explained it.”
