The rooms at this spot are tiny but the staff, concierge and restaurant are wonderful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. The decor is also very different, minus the racy room cards, it had lots of character.

Hey there Alex! Thanks for staying and for taking a few minutes to share your thoughts and comments regarding your recent experience. Thrilled to hear that while you thought our rooms are small (THEY ARE!) that you found our team across the hotel and restaurant to be wonderful. This is huge and absolutely the direction we like to focus on.... More

Travelling a lot internationally, the Max Hotel in Seattle was a great and different (positive) experience. The staff was great and from the first minute I felt welcome (not a sterile business environment as in most business hotels). In the future I will no longer search for hotels in Seattle, I have found mine! Thanks for a great experience!

Nice place with very modern artsy feel, but if you're offended by photos of bare butt cheeks, go somewhere else. They seemed to be everywhere. Check-in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly. It was the last 5 minutes of the craft beer hour when we arrived, so the check-in staff made sure we got a beer while we... More

This place is over the top. Friendly staff , great free beer happy hour and close to everywhere. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is wonky. This place doesn't try and be elegant it tries to be comfortable , welcoming and accidentally cool in the heart of city. I would recommend this place to anyone that doesn't take themselves... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in October. The location is super, close to public transport to and from the airport and city centre attractions. Only around a 10 min walk to Pike Place Market and very close to monorail which takes you to the space needle. Hotel staff were super friendly and really helpful. We got some good restaurant... All so good. WAY better than the standard hotel experience. Felt very pampered, posh and cool. Every detail a class act with style. The valet was so friendly. The afternoon beer in the lobby a great idea. Desk staff gave us good tips for things to do.

Enjoyed being greeted at the front desk with a micro brew and friendly staff. Only drawback to me was the small bathroom (I am only 5'8" and 165 lbs.). Was smaller than being on a cruise ship. Heat system was a little noisy too and seemed to need to run all night to maintain 70 degrees in the room. I... More

Hotel was outstanding and close to everything. Very clean hotel. If you want to do the downtown scene, this is a great hotel to stay at. Staff was always friendly and had a sense of humor, which is a plus in my book!

First time staying at this hotel. I usually stay across the street at the Westin or the Mayflower. Such a great hotel. Super hip and nice (and fun) staff. Close to shopping, great restaurants and good location for business travel! I'm notorious for leaving things behind. Jacket, book, iPod cable. This time it was the diamond earrings my husband gave... Friendly staff, great location, clean and tidy room, only problem was the intense smell from the wood fire ovens the hotel restaurant uses. The heavy smoke/campfire smell engulfed the elevators and hallways, we noticed the higher the floor the stronger the smell was.
