Staff at the Alexis were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Hotel experience/value exceeds the cost compared to other hotels. Stayed for a birthday weekend - 20% discount, cookies and chocolate "present" in my room. Love the complimentary movie, raid the bar credit and free wine at happy hour. While other hotels nickel and dime the Kimpton hotels add...

My fiance and I travel often, and through our travel have learned the value of excellent customer service. The Alexis staff exceeded our expectations. This is and will remain my go-to hotel in Seattle for both business and personal travel.

We are local (live in Seattle) and stay at the Alexis when we feel like treating ourselves. We've been coming here for years and consider it sort of a secret spot in Seattle. I always feel more welcome here than at the Four Seasons. They do a lot of littler personal things and I like that they welcome dogs. Its...

I can't say enough good things about our 2-night stay here! This place definitely exceeded my expectations and had absolutely everything I could want. Pet friendly is an understatement- it really is 'pet friendly' and not just 'pets allowed'. The gyms are phenomenal & the staff genuinely seem to care & enjoy their jobs. The rooms are spacious & well...

I stayed on the 6th floor, in a room with peekaboo views of Puget Sound. Very clean, high-ceilinged room with a king bed. I didn't visit the fitness center touted on their website; the hotel is only a mile from the bike/ped trails of Myrtle Edwards Park (to the north). Super friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Not sure if it...

The personnel at the Alexis rate 5 stars! They are friendly and helpful. Our king sized suite was roomy and very comfortable. The Bookstore Cafe downstairs was a comfortable and friendly place for breakfast, lunch, or a drink. Location perfect for walking to sights and the market. Rates were entirely reasonable.

I booked the Kimpton Alexis Hotel for a fun west coast trip with my daughter. They were fantastic to work with. After a 5 hour flight, the attendants at the front desk met me with a smile. My check in lasted about 1 minute. We found all the staff attentive and fun. Would book again.

This hotel is fabulous! It's very hard to have any complaints when you're greeted, upon arrival at check-in, with a glass of wine. My husband and I were sharing a room with his parents, as I found a lovely suite that looked like it would fit all of us quite well. Without our knowledge we were upgraded to an even...

We stayed at the Alexis the weekend of March 3rd. The stay was very good and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room itself was large, well furnished, comfy bed and the jacuzzi tub was HUGE and sexy and wonderful. We used it often. It's located in a very large ensuite and elevated...

Just got back from our stay at the amazing Alexis. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. From the customer service of every staff member to the accommodations, everything was perfect. The room we were given was an executive suite on the top floor with a great view of the water and mountains. It was very spacious and...
