My wife and I had a fantastic stay here! John is the best host one could ask for and the neighborhood offers many great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Highly recommend! The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful guesthouse. We made a reservation for Room 1 which is on the 2nd floor. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. John explained with a map about good food in the neighbourhood and had some ideas what to do. The continental breakfast was really good: lots of fruit, different cereals, yoghurt,... More

Foxglove is a delightful B&B and couldn't have asked for more. Attention to detail, spacious bedroom and the most amazing breakfast! John was most helpful with local hints. A very comfortable stay indeed.

The foxglove is a very charming, quiet B and B. John the host was friendly and the house very inviting. Good continental breakfast. The area it is in was a first for us and we loved it, a nice walk to downtown (uphill back) and nice walks all around the neighborhood. Very nice stay. Love the cookies.

Foxglove was our first stay at a Bed and Breakfast. John was on a get-away but Mary was an excellent hostess. She was extremely helpful in calling a taxi for us when my Uber app wasn't working correctly. We stayed in Room 4 on the top floor. It was very spacious and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious with an array... More

We really enjoyed all aspects of our stay at Foxglove. John is a great host and was a big help to us. The breakfasts were more than expected and well prepared. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Everything worked fine. If we go back to Seattle we will definitely stay there again. It is a fairly long walk to... More

I enjoyed staying at the Foxglove. Though I had the smallest room, it looked out onto the garden and was sufficiently spacious. In addition to a warm welcome, the place was spotless and well appointed...

From arrival to departure a wonderful experience. Beautiful rooms and outstanding breakfast. John, the inn keeper, is a marvelous host with a wealth of information on the history of Capitol Hill and great suggestions for activities.A treasure among places to stay.

Loved the neighbourhood and the B&B. We had the attic room which was very spacious and comfortable. Steep stairs up. The room does get a little warm during the day (it was 26 Celsius outside when we were there) but it cools right down at night and there is a ceiling fan and large windows that create a nice breeze.... We stayed at the Foxglove Bed and Breakfast in June 2016. The home is lovely. The room clean and the back yard is very well maintained. We did have some issues with parking. There was no parking available near the home and when we checked in. We drove the area for over 30 minutes trying to locate parking. Once we... More
