I was booked at the hotel for a UW MBA welcome weekend, with 2 nights paid for. Next time I, or my parents come to the university, we absolutley won't be staying at the hotel. - Issues confirming reservations - as the front desk agent was unable to locate my reservation over the phone. After becoming frustrated and asking for...

Thank goodness I obtained a reservation via Groupon for $99.00, otherwise, I would not be happy. Their rack rate is > $200.00 for a run down hotel with very small rooms. I am certain some of the rooms are larger, but most can only accommodate 1 person, as I checked out several other rooms from fellow travelers. The mattress was...

I have stayed here a few times but this may be the last, especially with the Residence Inn now open. Our coffee pot was missing and the one they sent up to the room didn't work, so we ordered a pot of coffee from room service.....3 times, never did get there. The hair dryer was missing and the replacement they...

The website portrays this to be a high end boutique hotel but my experience definitely didn't reflect this. Granted it's an old property but it is badly in need of renovations. Heating didn't work my entire stay and when I called front desk was told they can't do anything about it. Also being a busy weekend with an in-house wedding...

Overpriced and lack luster. Booked room for a business meeting and was charged a different rate than I already booked the room for. Front desk staff was not at all interested in helping to correct the problem. Room was spacious but had serious flaws. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests. The door doesn't close tight leaving...

The website makes this look like an upscale boutique hotel. But its major draw is proximity to UW. Some rooms have nice views. But the rooms are unexceptional and the bath is at the level of a midscale highway chain. Staff was friendly but service very inept. Had to go through half a dozen key cards in a short stay...

Really nice boutique style hotel. Coffee cafe in the lobby, nice restaurant. Rooms are small but quaint, nice views. Beds not the best, firm mattress, flat pillows, no comforters. Shower lacks pressure. We did not get maid service our second day, when notified they could only bring fresh towels. The location was perfect for us, so overall happy with our...

Despite a friendly staff and convenient location for UW, this is not a great or even good place. No elevator security. Chain on the room door is broken. Walls are paper thin so noise is a problem. Towels are threadbare and this is the worst bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. You can see the sag in the...

Stayed the night for business purposes at the Hotel Deca. The location can't be beat if you want to be close to the University of WA - also cheap parking provided with your room for a small fee. The room rate was very attractive for this location. The room was quite stylish (an art deco theme) and well-accommodated. The only...

I stayed here for a night 16 Jan 2017. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff seemed friendly, and the hotel lobby had a nice modern feel to it. My room was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The flat-screen TV was nice. One thing was missing, though: a refrigerator. Maybe they bring up a portable unit if...
