My hosts at University of Washington booked me at this hotel. The only positive is that it is very close to campus. I encountered several negatives which made my short stay quite unpleasant. First, when I arrived, I got the keys to my room and proceeded to 7th floor. I entered the room and realized that someone was there, with...

The interior of the hotel is straight out of the art-deco period. A very friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Enjoilia was the warmest friendliest desk clerk I have ever had the opportunity to meet. She went out of her way to make our stay a great experience. We will be staying at this hotel from...

Elida and Cole were a huge help to us and friendly the whole stay. The upgraded room was a topper on an already great hotel. I would highly suggest booking here if you are looking for a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. Thank you again Elida and Cole for all the great suggestions and hospitality!

Great place to stay especially if you are visiting kids at UW, hotel is clean, convenient to everything, I like the ease of coffee shop and restaurant/bar on site. The staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant - we always stay at the DECA when we are in Seattle.

Great courtesy and professionalism from Elida and Cole at front desk. Coolness throughout in architecture. Now my go to place in Seattle. Room sizey and Miami Beach terrazzo floors in lobby way neat. Beds and pillows great and near great restaurants. Do what I did and take the train and then Uber.

Elida and Cole went up and beyond for my stay! Not only did they help us figure out the nearest tourist attractions but spent over 30-45 mins trying to figure our ride situation. They helped us get the room we want and were very friendly! Best service I've seen ever! Thank you to you both!

Elida & Cole were very helpful is providing information and assistance. The room itself had little storage room for a 2 week trip. The bathroom was extremely small but the location was very convenient.

On a visit to see our daughter while she attends grad school, we stayed at Hotel Deca. The only room available was a room on the 5th floor that charged extra for the "view". Totally not worth it. We did not receive daily maid service even though we hung out the tag requesting it and left a message with the...

Very disappointed in our recent stay the Hotel Deca. We were really looking forward to staying here as most of the reviews online were positive. They failed to mention that the hotel is located in a rather lousy neighborhood. Besides the location, we encountered several issues during our three-night stay. For starters, upon arrival we were told there was an...

The pro's: proximity to the Burke museum and UW. The bar and coffee shop are all right. Very close to the Neptune Theater. Cons: The room smelled musty. It was loud. The neighborhood is good for college students, but it's tiresome for people over 30. They charge a facilities fee to cover wifi and coffee that is not included in...
