Hotel Deca is in a great location and has comfortable, well-appointed rooms -- the junior suite I had was perfect for work and rest. The common areas are lovely. Its best asset, however, is people -- an excellent front-desk staff who were friendly, professional, and always helpful. From my initial reservations, to my early and then late arrivals for two...

The interior of the hotel is straight out of the art-deco period. A very friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Enjoilia was the warmest friendliest desk clerk I have ever had the opportunity to meet. She went out of her way to make our stay a great experience. We will be staying at this hotel from...

I had the pleasure of spending one night in January at this electic art deco hotel. I loved the decor at Hotel Deca, only ten minutes from Pikes Market. I reccomend this hotel to the solo traveler as well as couples. Also there is a bar in the basement and the lobby is attached to a wifi/cafe bar.

Upon arrival on a Saturday afternoon for a three day conference starting the next day, the receptionist said that my pre-paid reservation made through Expedia weeks before had been cancelled. She could not tell me who cancelled the reservation or when it had been cancelled. She told me that I could not discuss it with the manager because and there...

Attempted to check into our suite booked through the Decca not third party. At 4:50 we were happily greeted and told it would be a 15 minute wait our room wasn't ready. It's now 6:34 and no room , our show starts soon and had to cancel dinner reservations to make it to the Neptune for concert. They can't give...

We purposely reserved a room close to the Neptune Theater so we could walk vs Uber or drive. The price was reasonable and the service was very good. Our room had a small leak by the bay window, so the carpet was soaked but we didn't mind because we had a perfect view of the venue. The hotel has a...

My family and I are visiting the University of Washington. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and appreciate the great service provided by Cole, and other team members at the front desk. If you're looking for a beautiful hotel near the university I would highly recommend.

Our stay here started out a little chaotic due to work. Our room situation was a little of an issue. Eury working at the front desk was more than helpful when I cam downstairs to express my concern. She gave us a new room right away. It is really nice to have such an understanding staff and offer such great...

This hotel is great for business at the University, but not downtown. We had a great stay- the staff are really nice and accommodating. The elevators have some issues, as we experienced on our last stay there, but apart from that, it's a good, inexpensive hotel.

Cole Brooks was very helpful at the front desk. He suggested a great place for breakfast, Portage Bay which we thoroughly enjoyed. He also helped with getting a car to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
