Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Room was very clean and good size for 2-3 people. Spa looked very nice (did not use it). Swimming pool was a bit shallow but it is doable. Steam and dry sauna and the facility were very clean and well organized.

Outstanding service, at once friendly and professional. All out-of-the-ordinary requests were handled immediately, with genuine smiles and perfectly executed. You could not imagine a better hotel experience.

The service was outstanding, with nice, well kept rooms and excellent breakfasts on the premises. Overall, an excellent and reasonably priced place to stay in downtown Seattle. The exercise rom and swimming pool are also very convenient.

I booked the Olive 8 for the first time, for my husband's bday weekend. The hotel seemed pretty average considering the price was much higher than the Westin and the Sheraton... But... My biggest complaint was that it smelled like SEWAGE! Both in our room...and in the public areas of the hotel. The hotel is Leed certified, which is great,...

Hyatt Olive 8 Seattle is a very nice hotel in a very good Downtown location. The common areas are comfortable and well designed and the restaurant and bar would make a nice choice even if you weren't staying...

First time I stayed at Hyatt Olive 8. Great location, convenience. Friendly staff. Good price. Smart room layouts. I really was pleased with the experience. Have stayed at other downtown Seattle hotels and wish I'd found this one earlier.

High quality, relatively low-cost hotel in downtown Seattle. Excellent transportation connections with the light rail from the airport and the busses to various parts of Seattle area. The hotel staff was very accommodating in extending my stay and helpful in answering questions. I appreciated the delicious complementary apples.

We drove up to Seattle and stayed at this hotel. We were greeted very warmly and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. We were given a room on the 15th floor as we had requested a quiet place and this was a "quiet floor'. The saline water indoor swimming pool was one of the nicest that we have experienced...

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The fitness center had a good range of exercise equipment and a view. The hotel restaurant was convenient for meeting with colleagues for lunch, and the tomato soup is excellent.
