huge well equipped suite, full size stove and oven, TV, king size bed with option for roll out beds. Convenient for university of Washington, local shops and easy transport links to downtown. We were able to use the laundry room too. If you intend to cook for yourself then this is the place.

We stayed at this hotel 10 nights in summer 2015. We chose this hotel on Booking as we found the price affordable and location good for our plans. Our group of 3 people had a very large "flat" which included two rooms and a kitchenette, so we had all we needed. Nearby there are some shops and cheap fast food...

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. It is an older building, but probably the best maintained suite/room I have stayed in. WiFi is terrible because of signal saturation, so if you need internet bandwidth, it probably won't work for you. I tethered off my 4G phone. The suite was nearly as large as my first apartment, very clean, very well supplied...

This place has everything I look for when traveling: adequate food prep area, great location, value, free parking and enough space to breathe. There is no doubt that this property is well-used, in fact, it has been scrubbed to death. It is not perfect and there are no fluffy robes, but it has all the basics and enough space for...

When you enter the motel, the halls and woodwork make you wonder why the high ratings. But one you figure out how to park your car (under the hotel) and carry your bags up the stairs (no elevator), the room/suite itself is amazing. Basically and apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, separate bedroom PLUS the king bed in...

Loved this motel! It was very clean. You get a suite for less than a hotel downtown. I loved the area, right next to the University of Washington. I will stay there again if I ever go to Seattle again. The house managers were more than accommodating.

Love the place! The room was spacious and affordable. Also very clean. We were on a cross country roadtrip and got into town a lot earlier then expected. I called to see the earliest we could check in and the lady on the phone was very accommodating and had the room ready for us. The service was exceptional. The neighborhood...

This hotel is in the University district. You need to take a bus into the city centre, but there are a few to choose from and they are frequent. We were very happy with our suite- a separate decent sized bedroom, decent closet, ( lots of hangers), queen size bed. The kitchen had full fridge, stove & microwave. We had...

This is such a find in an expensive city... there are choices, and this is a brilliant one in the U District, but close to the roads to do anything you might have planned for Seattle. This used to be an apartment, converted to a motel and so large. We ended up with two bedrooms, full kitchen, deck to have...

We travelled to Seattle without a prior hotel booked. We had tried to book before leaving home but either the hotel was too pricey or there were no rooms available. We decided to book with this Motel as the recent reviews were rated very good. Under building parking unsecured. Hallways narrow, low lighting and the smell of staleness permeated the...
