Room wasn’t vacuumed, beds not made, towels not changed till I asked for them to be changed. Dreadful , no service whatsoever. Polite staff but obviously didn’t have enough on duty although the hotel was really busy. Glad I won’t be back.
Not ready, lobby and entry way a hazard of workers and equipment. The halls were covered in plastic sheeting and it was unclear from the front if the hotel was even open. The construction noise was constant.
