If you're staying alone then I think you'll love this place. If you're going as a couple, then know the walls are thin. The location is perfect, and hotel parking is reasonable. Funky design all over and definitely a fun hotel. Bike rentals are a nice taste.

Great hotel, loved every aspect of it! Loved the comfy and warm beds, clean rooms, the slippers in your room, umbrella that they provide for you to use, mini cupcakes in the afternoon, bikes you can use to ride around town.... it was a great convenient location and will definitely be back to stay! :)

We were in town for the RHCP, booked through Hotwire, and were given a double queen room on the fifth (top) floor. The room was just big enough for three of us, beds are amaaaaazing, comfy, warm, great pillows and linens all smelled fresh and clean. Pros: Funky decor, great bed, hard flooring (so you can see they're clean), complimentary...

Hotel Five was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome at all times. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located. Everything I needed or wanted was available. Actually I found Seattle a super friendly and welcoming city!

Breakfast (although not free) is very good. Location is great, there's a donut place just 50 steps away and tons of bus stops. Pioneer Sq is 2 blocks away where there's tons of shops and restaurants. Good hotel. No complaints.

I do not recommend this hotel what's so ever....people staying at next door room were being loud all night, throwing stuff, shutting doors and yelling down the hall non stop...called hotel not 1 but 3 different times..and they still didn't solve anything...in the noting being tired from all the noise called to get at least a late check out and didn't...

Hi Angel G, Please accept my sincere apologies that your experience at our hotel was noisy and uncomfortable. While hotels do have to deal with less than considerate guests, it is unacceptable that the noise was not stopped, or the inconsiderate guests asked to leave. I would very much like to make this right by you. Would you please give...

Went to the hotel 5 with my girlfriend for a weekend away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, loved the European style duvets. The hotel staff were very friendly and informative. Close walk to downtown, with a complementary shuttle available.

Friendly staff; great breakfast; comfortable bed; hot shower; no loud noises at night; convenient walking or other transportation options. Was close to AMTRAK for a short taxi ride, and about 10 min walk to Bell Conference Center on the water front.
