I booked this trip through Capital One vacations, using some points and cash… Check-in was a breeze… The particular room that we wanted was not available because we arrived very early in the morning so the attendant offered a room upgrade for $10 a day the same type of room I wanted, but on a higher floor, so there was a beautiful view, and it was totally worth it! We had a two queen suite on the 19th floor that was the larger type of room with a city view and luckily ours had a partial Waterview too. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pillows were fantastic! They have a tiny robot that delivers items that you may have forgotten which I was totally obsessed with by the way. His name is Milton. I requested water and a wine opener and within about 10 minutes. Milton was at my door! The rooms were very clean. They have a great shower very large and great water pressure. I have a spine issue so I requested a seat to put in the shower in case my back starts spasming and they brought one right up for me! This hotel is handy to everything! Now a couple of things that weren’t up to par was that all the USBs in the bedroom used for charging are running small devices. None of them worked. I told someone in maintenance and he said he would come up and fix them, but he never did. Also, we had a day where we were gone all day And housekeeping never came up and replenished anything or made the beds or took the trash out so I did have to call the front desk for that, but if you get the pleasure of speaking to Elizabeth, you will not be too upset about it! She went above and beyond to make my stay pleasurable. Luckily, the other part of the suite those USB worked so we could charge our phones and iPads there. Everybody that I had the pleasure of interacting with was kind and helpful. Now far the restaurant the Zephyr, which is located in the hotel was fan fantastic! If you get a chance, check it out and have the wonderful Rebecca make you a cocktail and hopefully wait on you because she was wonderful! The food was hot and delicious and her cocktails were fantastic. She was very attentive and very personable we’re best friends now. LOL 😂🥰 all in all it was a perfect day and I would definitely return to the embassy suites Pioneer Square in Seattle, Washington! Oh, and by the way, there’s free breakfast every morning, which was nice and a happy hour every evening or you can get a couple of drinks for free and they have a little snacks. Very nice.

We didn't just stay here, we were "guests", such wonderful service. When we travel, often our room is just a place to sleep and a base of operations for sight seeing, etc. Every once in a while the hotel becomes an unexpected highlight of the trip. We checked in on a weekend when there was a Seahawks game and overheard people in line ahead of us asking to add a night to their stay, the hotel was full. As we were only staying one night and were Hilton honors members (and they could use our original room for guests wanting multiple nights, lol) we were upgraded to a suite with a fantastic view of the city and the waterfront. It was pretty amazing! The hotel offers an evening reception for guests with snacks and complimentary drinks and the included breakfast the next morning was quite a spread even before over doing it at the made to order omelette bar. A fantastically clean hotel no dust, no stray hairs, nothing behind the furniture where a vacuum doesn't fit, no cereal on the floor in the breakfast room - spotless. The hotel had a restaurant and lounge but the neighborhood was well lit and we felt comfortable walking to nearby restaurants and bars also, even after dark. There were amenities that we didn't have time to try but did look at. The workout area was larger and better equipped than some gyms that I have been to and the pool area was warm and bright and, of course, clean. Seattle is a fun place to visit and we will be back.

Sam the bartender from the afternoon lounge was pleasant, accommodating, non-problematic and easy to talk to. Also didn't skimp on the drinks. Checked IDs but also wasn't intimidating. Moved quickly. Greeted us everytime we went!
They have a very cute robot named Milton that brings up requested items to the room. He rides the elevator by himself and knows exactly which room to go to. Calls when he's at your door!
Complimentary water was limited to 2 bottles per day.
Also, our room wasn't cleaned. We called at 6pm but she has gone for the day. The housekeeping lady was nice but couldn't understand English well.

This hotel has a great location, everything is walkable. The room was fine, quite darkly furnished, and the "suite" part quite limited (seems the kitchenettes aren't really equipped fully post Covid). It was good to have (paid) laundry facilities on a lower floor, though not very many machines for the number of rooms. We took advantage of the quite basic drinks and nibble available early evening. The buffet breakfast was a zoo, we have never seen families stuff themselves with so much rubbish (who drinks "coke" for breakfast?) but, if you could avoid being stampeded, the food itself was OK, and the omelettes cooked to order

My family and I recently stayed in the Presidential Suite of this hotel. The room was stunning and had a fantastic view of the harbor and downtown skyline. It was also in a very central and convenient location to the ballpark and in walking distance of several main attractions including the light rail.
We experienced so many issues during this stay. We requested every other day cleaning of our suite. Day 3 and still no service. When we spoke to the Front Desk they offered to have the room clean the next day which was our check out day. This was a 2 bedroom suite with 4 guests. So they decided to deliver towels. The staff showed up with a stack of towels and 4 trash can liners and handed them to us at the door. So basically we tied up the trash, brought them to the door and replaced the cans with the new liners. Didn't realize the cost of the room included self cleaning.
Breakfast was a zoo each morning that they clearly did not plan for over a holiday weekend. They ran out of scrambled eggs one morning at 8:40am (buffet ended at 9am) and it was never replenished. My friend reached for an English muffin and the employee wheeled the cart away without him being able to get the item. When we reported this to the Front Desk they offered a Food and Beverage credit of $150 to their on-site restaurant. We showed up at the restaurant for dinner that evening only to discover that it was closed and we were checking out the next day. So we were sent to an adjacent restaurant instead and was told they could bill the charges to our room and the hotel would apply the credit of $150.
Well as we expected upon checking out the next morning, the credit was nowhere to be found. We were told to call back and speak to the manager once she got into work. Again, we had to make yet another phone call to get this resolved.
The hot tub was overrun with children playing and splashing and I get it, this was a holiday weekend with lots of families traveling. However most hotels have rules around the use of hot tubs.
The manager's cocktail reception was absurd. Yes they offered alcoholic beverages, however the appetizers included trail mix, celery and carrot sticks and water melon. Seriously?
The suite had a lovely kitchen area but no utensils whatsoever.
A beautiful hotel in a great location but the services are very lacking!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in August. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there are pros and cons.
We'll start with the pros.
1. The location is excellent, between Pioneer Square and the stadiums. The waterfront and Public Market are both within walking distance. There's also a free downtown shuttle that stops right in front of the hotel.
2. The property is very nice. It's not the typical Embassy layout. It's modern and clean. Our room was very nice with a large bathroom and excellent shower. There were bars of soap in the room, which is a plus when many properties have gone exclusively to the bottles of "goo."
3. All of the staff that we met were very nice and helpful.
4. The breakfast service was good and the area was large enough to accommodate guests (at least when we were there).
5. There is a nice fitness center and indoor pool area.
Here are the con's.
1. The hotel is very crowded. This was especially noticeable in the lobby and at the elevators. I think it was sold out during our stay.
2. The evening reception was not managed well. It used about half of the area that's used for breakfast and only had 1 bartender. This resulted in limited seating and long lines. Opening up the remainder of the area would help and would allow the use of the soda machine.
3. The hotel does not want to provide daily housekeeping, which I thought was now the standard for all Hilton properties. I requested it both verbally and through text message and was told it would be scheduled. We were gone most of our first day. When we returned, we had not received service and it was too late in the day to be completed. After another request, we did receive service on the second day. I expect daily housekeeping (COVID is over), especially at a property that charges in excess of $500 per night.
4. We had a minor problem with the door to our room. It took 2 requests to get this fixed.
Again, we enjoyed our time in Seattle but there are some service issues that need to be improved.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your trip to Seattle in August. I very much appreciate your business. Your feedback is also very important to me and I appreciate your balanced review. It took us some time to rebuild our housekeeping team after the pandemic and I regret that we were unable to get to your room on each of the nights you were with us. I am excited to share that we are now offering daily cleaning. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to connect with you to discuss your experience in greater detail. We stayed here a total of three nights on two different dates in August 2023. The suites are roomy with nice bathrooms, but given the hotel was charging $300-$400+ night, anyone considering staying here should be aware of this:
1. There are no porters to help with luggage. Guests are offered a wagon.
2. The revolving door at the main entrance (which isn’t clearly marked on the street) is turned off. Therefore, it wasn’t an accessible entrance.
3. They currently only clean the rooms on the 5th day of a lengthy stay. You can request maid service but it requires 24-hour advance notice. No one told us this when we checked in.
4. One of our rooms — 1502 — was dimly lit. I suspect a lot of rooms are like this.
5. No complaints about the breakfast, which is very good (note: it ends at 9am). But the snacks at the afternoon reception are very skimpy and the free wine/beer/drinks are limited (there’s an extra charge for higher-end drinks).
To be fair, I complained directly to the hotel manager who — impressively — responded even though he was out of town. He also listened and responded to my complaints. He clearly is trying to do his best given the circumstances.
The employees are very friendly but there clearly is a serious staff shortage. So you likely would be better off elsewhere where the room prices are justifiable.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Very clean and very professional and friendly staff. We stayed here two nights prior to an Alaskan cruise, and would highly recommend staying here. Any question that I had prior to arrival was answered by the staff and always kind and helpful. Great location. Beds were very comfortable, and the suites were large and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many great choices. The evening reception was very laid back and nice. Will for sure stay here again if ever in the area. There is also a free waterfront shuttle stop right in front of the hotel.

We stayed here due to its immediate proximity to T-Mobile Park (Mariners) and King Street Station (Amtrak). The location is ideal for both as well as Lumen Field.
A head’s up, the south side of the hotel mostly looks at a wall of the adjacent building. If this would bother you, pick a downtown view. Our room faced the wall directly, but you could see beyond to the southeast and it was fine.
Another head’s up, like many modern hotels this has the sliding door concept for the bathroom with entrances both from the living area and the bedroom. Privacy in such matters can be affected if you are notably modest.
The property is well maintained and the staff are courteous and very attentive. We had two normal guest services requests, and they had us taken care of promptly. I never felt unsafe about the hotel or in the area. The walk to and from T-Mobile was safe, flat and easy. The train station is so close you barely have to step out the door. Breakfast is Embassy Suites fare (good) and the reception had a variety of snacks with refreshments.
I’d stay here again.

We were looking for a hotel close to King Street Station for a train to Vancouver and this hotel was perfect! The location was right across the street and was close to all of the restaurants, shops, and activities that Pioneer Square has to offer. We found a great deal on a few bird party site and were so glad we booked this property.
We arrived around 10pm and Morgan at the front desk was just perfect. So welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and the hotel even help our luggage while we explored the area before our train left.
We would absolutely stay here again, especially if taking the train or bus, or going for a concert or game at one of the stadiums, or visiting pioneer square.
Room was large and clean, but had a few issues. The blinds were broken, so they didn’t close fully, but for the price we paid, we were fine with that.

It alternated evenings but the assortment ran: nuts, tortilla chips, salsa, potato chips, popcorn, cheese and crackers, fruit, and veggies and dips. Go early for best variety.
Drinks were always well stocked with bartending services to include wines, soft drinks, juices, and cocktails.
There are more places to choose from in the Seattle area.
