Can't say enough. They welcomed us and our dogs with open arms, Loved the room and the hotel is one block from Seattle Center. Nice lounge and lobby. Friendly staff. Don't bother with the restaurant (bad pizza), but the bar is nice. the parking spaces in the garage are tiny. We had a wonderful stay and next time we are in Seattle we will return.

We stayed here at the end of March as a family of 4 (kids were 5 and 8) for sightseeing and attractions. It was our first time in Seattle and we LOVED the location. It’s a 5-10 walk to the park/arena that has a huge playground, museums, an indoor food court, the space needle and access to the monorail that can take you downtown and walking distance to the Pike Place Market/Waterfront area. The hotel is fun and funky. Our kids loved the giant LED screen in the lobby that had interesting displays. Breakfast was reasonably priced, tasted great and had great coffee & teas. The free refillable water bottle was a delight to discover as was the free water bar that gave still and sparkling water so we refilled daily. There was a ton of seating in the lobby all with unique pineapple themed touches. The elevators have fun activities like a puzzle or a word creator. The pool was a modest size and enjoyable for the kids. It never got too busy. The restaurant on site was a little overpriced with a limited menu on weekdays but we tried pizza, pasta and salad, all were delicious. Service was friendly. We got a larger hotel room with a seating area. It comes with a fridge which was very convenient. The room seemed dark even with all the lamps on and curtains open, especially when it was a rainy day. The beds are very comfortable and they give a ton of pillows which I love! Everyone gets a separate comforter which I thought was such a win too. The wifi was strong, I even had a video meeting during our stay and it did well. There is minimal hanging closet space, it could use more hooks but manageable. People in the halls could be heard but not between the rooms. The people above us were loud in the mornings, you can’t hear voices but can hear heavy walking and dropping/dragging of things but it was quiet in the evenings. My son was playing cars on the floors so thankfully on the 2nd floor we weren’t bothering anyone lol. The seating area in the room was great for getting food delivered or with take out. There’s a grocery store within walking distance for snacks & drinks, and a Thai restaurant nearby for takeout. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It felt safe, relaxing and was incredibly convenient for our family’s needs.

My mom and I loved our stay. The beds were amazing. The attention to details like a nightlight in the bathroom, robes, a free welcome drink, refillable water bottle, free cookies and coffee in the afternoon, and others were amazing. The best part was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Their joy was contagious. We are fans for life.

The room was chic and clean but, you need more than 1 lounge chair for couples to sit down. Our room had a bedside lamp that would NOT turn off and the pineapple recharger had no working USB ports… we noticed these as we were settling in and instead of falling asleep we had to pack up everything to get a room change! The new room had a non-working corner lamp and no creamers for morning coffee.

Our stay itself was great. As was advertised the bedding, pillows etc. were incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and suited our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the welcoming attitude to us and our dog. The one thing that kept us from giving a 5/5 was that when we attempted to redeem our complimentary drink (which is a nice touch) at the bar which was closing at 9:45 (absurdly early time to close your bar) we arrived at 9:42 only to be told that service had already ended. I have worked in service related businesses my entire life and I have never refused service before closing time and on 100’s of occasions have stayed late or past closing time to provide proper service until the job was done. That’s what service means to me. The other issue I have which is not with the hotel or staff is that I wish you could get the information either on a website or by contacting the hotel as to what you will actually be charged. The stay pineapple website which I was unable to book my room on after 1/2 hour of attempting to do so was quoting me approximately $200 per night but by the time all was said and done with all the hidden fees and taxes and parking and pet fees and whatever else we are charged for we paid $320 for the night. It’s like buying a car. The sticker price says $39000 and the price you pay is $63000. I would just like a hotel chain or any company to give me an honest quote so that I know exactly what I’m paying before I decide to patronize the business.

Friendly staff, nice and really clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again. Good amenities and products. Coffee shop and bar. Gated parking lot so car is secure. Went with my sister and it was a comfortable room. Pool but we didn’t use it this time. Had a welcome drink and coffee and cookie at mid day.
