I have stayed at this property several times for personal and business trips. I have also hosted two events here. I was back this weekend and the staff did not disappoint! They were consistently friendly and helpful. Angela in the back office was especially helpful - she has great customer service and really made sure we had everything we needed!

Stayed here a view nights on a work trip. Standard hotel nothing special. Rooms are 2.5 star and pillows are to soft. Depending on what way you walk from the hotel you may end up in some shady parts of town. Seattle has really gone to crap. Stay on 2nd and it is fine. You can also walk 2nd towards...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel and the area. I agree, Shawn O'Donnell's Pub and the Metropolitan are delicious and extremely convenient! I am glad you enjoyed them both during your visit! I'm sorry to hear the pillows were softer than preferred. I will share your feedback with the appropriate team. In addition...

Seattle was a Sunny City on my days there while I was inside Courtyard Pioneer Square. Warm atention and very good organization. Remarkable. Placed in a strategic point of the City you can take short walking to visit, for instance, the lovely and unforgettable Market Place.

This Hotel has big spacious rooms with comfy beds. It is central to everything you want to see and do in Seattle. The Hotel bistro serves great food and reasonable prices. The front desk staff cant do enough whether you require extra ammenities or just advice on somewhere close to eat they cant do enough.

I stayed here for a few nights for a work-related event. I loved the location and it was really close to the Light Link Rail (I took the train from the airport). Front staff were nice. The room was a decent size and I loved the view I had from my room. The bathroom was clean with the exception of...

The place was great. The rooms was clean, right in Seattle near Columbia Center, etc. However, while this didn't affect the stay, the rooms do not match the historic buildings as the rooms and hallways look so modern. But the lobby shows the historic character of the building. The place has a pool, which was unexpected in a downtown historic...

The best part of the hotel was the location, it was an easy walk to and from the King Street Amtrak station, Safeco Field and the waterfront. We had a corner suite on the 9th floor and the views of the water and city were gorgeous, The bed in the main bedroom was large and comfortable and the WiFi in...

Stayed just one night in this hotel on our return to UK from Canada. Chose due to clossness to Beneath the streets tour (recommend tour) & station for the link train to/from airport. Lovely large room. Nice reception, good breakfast. On site Bistro is desperate for upgrade. Bistro too bright & overlooked by the public on street.

I stayed overnight with my parents while en route from Canada to Houston via Amtrak. Our train left at 9:35 in the morning, so I wanted a place to stay where we could have breakfast and still be close to the station. The Pioneer Square Marriott filled the bill admirably.
