The entire experience was fantastic. One of the most important things in a hotel stay for me is having a view of something interesting. I am willing to compromise fancy furnishings or amenities if I get the view I like. At the Pioneer Square Courtyard, I did not have to compromise anything. I called the hotel the day before arrival...

We spent a long weekend in the Courtyard. It was easily accessible from SeaTac via the Link one block away in Pioneer Square. We had a room on the 9th floor and could see the sea which was nice. The room was of an OK size. We had a room with the sofa bed as well as the king bed...

We visited Seattle for a long weekend and wanted a place that was convenient to downtown attractions as well as Safeco field for a Mariners game. This hotel fit the bill perfectly as it was about a 15 minute walk for both. As an added bonus, we didn't need a rental or a cab to get from the airport, as...

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly, and rooms more than comfortable. The only downside to this hotel is its location. Although somewhat close to major attractions unfortunately there is an extremely large homeless / transient population in the surrounding area. Get ready to be hassled for spare change, bus fare, or a bite to eat on your way to...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Although I know you have already spoken with management at the hotel, I want to express again that what you encountered during your stay was an isolated incident. We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously. I would advise that all guests keep their doors closed while...

I enjoyed my stay. Room was well arranged and I had a great view of the Sound and sunset. Valet parking was efficient and timely with car return. Restaurants within walking distance. I think you could easily walk to Seattle attractions and add some steps to your Fitbit. Comfortable and friendly staff.

We got a huge corner room facing an interior courtyard. Pros: 1. The room was supremely clean. The duvet gets swapped for each guest. Love that. 2. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. 3. The location was walkable to many attractions. Cons 1. We could hear lots of hallway noise in our room. 2. Couldn't see the...

Extraordinary hospitality from reception to housekeeping. Bistro restaurant was quiet and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Nice big windows. Parking is expensive in downtown Seattle, this is no exception.

Stayed 4 nights last week, higher floor room. Nothing spectacular about the view, but great location downtown, seemed safe enough for me. I took the Link down from the airport and my office was within walking distance - no need for a car. Do be advised downtown Seattle is very hilly and walking is not for the faint of heart,...

Stayed here for 1 night in February. The hotel is nice enough, and it IS in Pioneer Square, within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars, but, we were approached by people asking for money every time we went in or out of our hotel. Also, the hotel bar closed at 10:00 on a Sunday night. Plenty of street...
