I had previously stayed at this hotel in early November 2015 for a business trip and was very pleased that I decided to book another stay recently for a return visit to Seattle. I'll say that everyone at the hotel was extremely nice. Even though...More

Nice hotel in great location. However the noise from all the traffic was really annoying. Never heard so many sirens in one night in all my life! Room was nice but really small. $40 to park was high. Breakfast not complimentary but it's downtown Seattle.More

My family of four reserved two nights for the weekend after Thanksgiving at the Courtyard. Our rate ran $238/night not including parking which ended up being $34/night for valet. A little pricey for us but we wanted within walking distance to the Seahawks/Century Link stadium...More

My team got a deal through the competition we were at for lower rates. This hotel was conveniently located near the courthouse, but not conveniently located near any food. Most restaurants are closed on the weekends in this part of downtown Seattle. The rooms and...More

No, Unfortunately, we only have valet parking for a fee of $47 per day inclusive of all taxes. We do not have parking stalls at the hotel as we are a historic building. We have to lease the stalls at a local garage. Gerry
