Accommodations and overall experience really disappointing. There was actually NO hot water available, and when I asked owner to check, she said 'just wait, it will come up'. I ran water repeatedly for long periods and still stone cold. I later saw in other reviews that this is an ongoing problem, which she clearly has neglected to fix.. When I expressed...

Very nice B&B, close enough to everything to be easy. Tina was very accommodating and offered plenty of knowledge about the area. I actually ended up sleeping in two different rooms- my own fault; I stayed an extra day and had to move as the room I was in was reserved for that last night. BOTH rooms were charming and...

I found this little B&B almost by accident during a time when downtown hotels in Seattle were at a premium. Excellent value. The owner, Valentina, is charming and kind. The room was spotless and even had a small private en suite. Valentina offered a lovely breakfast including fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, yogurt and beverages. I woke up to the...

Mozart is a nice B&B that is adjacent to Volunteer Park and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We stayed in the Marriage of Figaro suite which offered a king bed and a small outside area. Mozart is an old Victorian House and, Valentina was a great hostess. She told us that she will soon close the B&B...

Tina (very nice) and the dog (very friendly) greeted us and made us feel very welcome. The house is beautiful and down the street from Volunteer Park. The location was perfect and had easy street parking. Easy walk down 15th Ave to cafes and eateries. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was small but worked for us. It was not...

We stayed here for one night while traveling through the area. The hostess, Tina, was a delight - friendly and very accommodating. Our room and the house was gorgeous, a little warm during the day, quickly rectified by opening a window. I walked to the park nearby and got a great shot of the Space Needle. We walked a few...

Tina was an amazing host, very knowledgable of the Seattle area. We had the front bedroom with a large bathroom and balcony. It was located near an lovely park and very close to eateries. The only minor issue was that it took along time for the water to heat up in the shower (we have the same issue in our...

Overnight stay. The room was a nice size and had a private bath with shower and tub, plus balcony. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of lovely antiques in the main room. Located only 3 blocks from shopping/dining and a park. Lovely walk through a beautiful old neighborhood.

The house is grand from the outside, very imposing and proud. We slept well and the location was perfect for us. We did find the house, yard, and room less than well cared for. We stayed two nights but due to a very early departure the second day, we had only one breakfast. A major negative was the non-working hot...

We visited Seattle on the first stop of a road trip, and Tina was so welcoming. Her home is beautiful and the room we stayed in, while small, was comfortable and well-equipped. It was hot during our stay and Tina gave us a powerful fan immediately to make sure that we were comfortable in the heat. Before arriving we were...
