I stayed for 2 nights at the Lotte Hotel in Seattle to attend a conference. From check-in to check-out, all the staff, especially Sun Park, were very helpful and provided a warm welcome. I ate at the Charlotte lounge for dinner on the day I arrived, and really enjoyed the Korean fusion items on the menu, specifically the kalbi beef skewers and the korean seasonal pancakes (savory). The room was very comfortable, super clean and stylish (I think I read that the hotel is Philippe Starck designed?). I loved that they provided toothpaste as their standard toiletry items, as that's one item I forgot to pack!! I hope to return with my family as well!

Hotel's Favourite
I almost hesitate to write the glowing review I am about to, for fear that what’s feels like my great discovery’s secret will get out and threaten my chances of ever getting a reservation again. Top to bottom and side to side this luxury hotel checks all my boxes. Charm, Culture, & Calm. I want to go back at a time when Charlotte is open, but my room service breakfast was very very good. The staff was friendly, professional and approachable with an air of world class hospitality. My suite was stylish, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciate this concept and hope to come back for a visit very very soon. Thank You Hotel Lotte Staff and Management!

I would give more stars but I can only give 5. Everything was perfect. I was looking for a romantic place to stay downtown Seattle and the Lotte was the absolute best decision I could have made. Opted for a bay view suite and it was worth every penny. The view, the comfort, the quality of materials, the soaking tub that fits two, professional valets, incredible and personal service. I could go on. Treat yourself and make a plan to stay here at least once in your life.

The Lotte hotel is a very nice, very chic hotel. Service was amazing. The room and the bathrooms feel elegant and spacious. At least, it feels really elegant until you realize the mirrored doors in the bathroom basically force you when you're sitting on the toilet to stare at yourself as you do your business. Very awkward. I am not confident enough for that kind of exposure to myself. And inside the shower. That, and the fact that there is a window to the bathroom but, despite all the mirrors, no mirror in the one place I wanted it - above the sink where the lighting was good for makeup. I mean, I could, and did, just look in one of the other mirrors, but I've always found the lighting is better around the sink. Don't let anyone convince you that you can walk here from Pike's place either - it's uphill! The door people were super nice and found me tissues cause I was pouring sweat haha. They were super nice. Stay here if you want an elegant but quirky experience. If it weren't for the really really weird mirror placements in the bathroom, I'd definitely stay here again because otherwise it was really nice and I enjoyed my stay. Cause I'd say overall it was a 4.5, the .5 being the mirrors lol. But it's getting an overall 4 rating because as nice as it was, I probably would choose to stay elsewhere.

They did such an amazing job and were very accommodating. They held our bags for us while we waited for our flight and also allowed us to leave our car a few extra hours after our checkout. The room was beautiful, we got a corner room on the 8th floor and the views were insane. 10/10 service!

Amazing hotel, Quiet and Hip. Central to everything. Great breakfast and happy hour. Staff was top notch and loved this new hotel. Can’t wait to visit their Chicago location. Highly suggest the Lotte Hotel. Would stay here again when in Seattle.

I visited Seattle for the first time and stayed at the Lotte Hotel. I'm very happy that I chose this place because it's a brand new hotel; everything looks so fresh! I had a spectacular view of the lake from my room, and I was pleased to discover they provide Molton Brown brand shampoo and shower gel. The location is also great, close to Pike Place. I also had the chance to visit the sauna, which helped me warm up after a long, cold day. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you, Yeonsoo, Jasmine, and Sun, for your assistance and for making my stay even better!

Very beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Sun was so nice checking us in and helping us with an issue. Our room had a gorgeous view and we were well cared for. I appreciated that they refresh rooms daily as many hotels still haven't brought that back after the pandemic. The food at the restaurant was honestly delicious. Overall it was a really stellar hotel stay, we would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I stayed at Lotte Hotel for 1 night to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The corner room was wonderful with a very comfy King bed. The room had way too many mirrors. There seemed be be mirrors everywhere on the walls and doors. The room also had a small desk with only 1 chair. We wanted to enjoy some wine in our room but one of us had to sit on the bed. Two chairs in the room would have been nice. It was a short walk inside the hotel to and from the Teatro ZinZanni show which is very nice. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor was great. But we had an unexpected surprise at check out. The invoice included at $25 Urban Experience Fee plus tax on the fee of $3.93. When I complained it was a junk fee that is not disclosed on their website and refused to pay, the clerk apologized but said she could not delete the fee. The next day, I complained to the manager via email and that the junk fee should be clearly displayed in the total cost of the room or better yet, stop charging the junk fee. The manager refunded the fee, But 6 weeks later, the fee is still hidden when the total cost of the room is shown. The fee can be found if you go to the FAQ page.

Staying for the Good Friday long weekend, we had a fantastic experience at the Lotte hotel. We booked as an American Express card holder with the Fine Hotels and Resorts rate, receiving great benefits that made the great base experience elevated with even better value. Our stay kicked off to an amazing start with Sun Woo checking us in and going through the benefits we received point-by-point. She provided a rundown of the hotel and the neighbourhood with a hospitable and welcoming demeanour. As the Front Desk Supervisor, it appears that she runs a tight ship as we also get the same great experience from her team members. She provided us with text updates regarding some of our requests which we greatly appreciated. As for the Lotte itself, it ticks off all the boxes that I look for and expect r in a fresh and contemporary urban hotel. The Sky Lobby and bar is classy and refreshing, and we enjoyed great live jazz music on the Saturday night. The Bar had a great selection of drinks which we appreciated, and props to the serving staff and bartender as well. Our breakfast experience in the restaurant and the in-room service was a few notches above competitors like the Fairmont. Service and kitchen staff alike is what you would want to get at a five star hotel. Similarly, the room itself is modern and almost flawless. We appreciated all the amenities it included, such as the Molton Brown products. No complaints about the bed or any other major furnishings. Room and bathroom was very spacious, with a huge rain shower. Rain shower did work a little bit funky; direction of the water was all over the place and it might need a little bit more pressure. There was definitely enough space for a bath-tub if Lotte wanted to kick the rooms up a notch, and we had issues with opening the curtains. but these issues are far from being critical to our enjoyment of the hotel. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Lotte and will stay here for our next trip to downtown Seattle. Again, major props to Sun Woo and the staff at the hotel for our five-star experience.
