Great location and rooms are very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance, both upscale and on the cheap. Lots of shopping in the area with an upscale mall within 5 minute walk. Room service was as expected but trays were so heavy it was a balancing act to set outside the door. Bottled water in...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

While my wife and I didn't have nearly as much time to spend at the hotel as we would have liked, we really enjoyed our short 1-night stay at the Grand Hyatt. We live relatively nearby, but were downtown for my company's annual Holiday Party (held the first weekend of each year). I had previously spent a good portion of...

We got a higher floor room facing the bay and were not disappointed! The view was amazing and so nice we never shut the curtains for three days. The staff was extremely nice from the check in staff to the maids. We went out one night for dinner but got room service twice for dinner because it was so good....

We stayed here for couple days after the new WOH program just started. I used my Globalist Suite upgrade to the Emerald Suite. I was a lot roomy and nicer than what is looks like from the stock image on the website. We stayed using points and the valet parking was therefore waived!(All new WOH benefit for Globalist) Also, they...

This is just an excellent hotel from start to finish. From the time you arrive until you leave everything moves flawlessly. Check in is a breeze. The large well appointed rooms with a blackout shade make the stay excellent. Great bathroom too.

I have stayed at numerous Seattle properties but the Grand Hyatt is my favorite. Starting off, they have an enclosed and covered driveway that offers shelter from wind and rain. The front door us staffed with bell services and doorman. The lobby is small but welcoming. Fresh water infused with fruit is usually available. The area has oversized chairs to...

My stay last week had to be one of the worse hotel experiences I've ever had. When we arrived by cab the parking attendants were chatting with each other. They did not greet us, offer to help with luggage, or open the door for us. When we checked in, I was informed that my room was feather free because I...

Expected this to be on par with the Grand Hyatt in Seoul. This was far from a five star experience... mediocre convention hotel, with mediocre service, mediocre food, poor to mediocre room with mold growing in the bathroom. We had a water view room which was a joke as you looked through multiple buildings blocking the view, very disappointed. Will...

We only had two nights in the city and this was a good central location! Very good staff. We had a 26th floor room that was close to the elevator, but never bothered us. Smaller room, but well laid out. The one strange thing was not one drawer in the room. I am an unpacker and it was just strange....
