An old Bank building turned into a French style, simple Inn. Only a few rooms have private batchs, and others shared. Associated with the Ballard Hotel, so you get all of the extras that come with the larger property. Staff was wonderful and willing to please. Only comments we had for our room with private bath is that there were...

I loved all the old buildings in Ballard, including the Ballard Inn. It was fun to stay in this 1902 hotel with its narrow hallways, stairs, and high ceilings. It is very clean. I had a room with a private bath (shower) and a wonderfully comfortable king bed. Walking around Ballard from the hotel is a real treat. Some of...

Instead of staying downtown we choose to stay here each time we visit Seattle. Great street with bars, shops, coffee shops and farmers market on Saturday. A great neighborhood vibe instead of big city. This was our second stay at the Ballard Inn. Great staff at the desk!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it's in a great location -- near food, shops and some amazing microbreweries (all within walking distance!). It's an older building, so it's creaky - you'll hear noise from the hallway, doors slamming, voices from the street etc. But ear plugs are provided and if you're not a light sleeper, you'll be ok....

The room was clean. We had no idea when we booked this (though another app) that the restrooms were shared and separate. There is one room with a sink and shower, and two rooms with a toilet and sink. We could hear all the noise from outside as well as from the hall way, restrooms, upstairs, and rooms next to...

Stayed here as it was cheap and cheerful and recommended by a colleague. Shared bathrooms but very clean. Room and bed was small but clean and functional. Great location. Friendly front desk. Looking to save a few bucks it is a good bet

My husband and I stayed at the Ballard Inn for a one-night "staycation." We live in Seattle, but in a neighborhood inconveniently located from Ballard. With the in-laws in town to offer free babysitting, we decided to spend Saturday night at the Ballard Inn and enjoy the restaurants, bars, and live music that this neighborhood has to offer. The location...

It worked just "fine" for a single inexpensive night stay. The room was TINY (barely walking room around a double bed). Two toilets and one shower shared between all rooms - approx. 10-12 units. This was fine, no line-ups or issues. Very clean and front desk clerk was friendly. We were in Room 101. First room on the right closest...

I felt the price was a bit high for a shared bathroom situation, but I think there was some kind of surge pricing because it was summer and there were conferences or something going on in the city that weekend. Also the walkup was a bummer so if you have really heavy bags be aware of that. Despite being shared...

Our room overlooking the fun Ballard neighborhood was clean and well furnished. The bed was comfy, and while the provided earplugs could be useful if you are a sensitive sleeper, we did not need it at all. The ensuite bathroom in our room was useful though value could be had by opting to stay in a more B&B style room...
