The room was nice and clean with excellent of views! Myra assisted with questions when we booked and was just as nice when we arrived and after we checked out. We were celebrating a birthday and were pleasantly greeted with a card and a gift from the Level. At one point we needed a few more face towels, which we received after calling the front desk. The over-all stay was very nice and I would recommend to family and friends.

Our family of four stayed at Level over spring break. Overall, the experience was fine but there were some strange oversights for a facility billed as being great for families: - the second “bedroom” was little more than a closet with a queen bed stuffed in. While it worked for our five year old, it wouldn’t be good for a smaller child especially as the barn style sliding door didn’t do a good job of keeping light or sound out. - the bathroom came with two towels only and a single towel rack. This is odd for a suite that is supposed to sleep six! There wasn’t anywhere in the bathroom even to drape towels so we resorted to using hangers in the bizarrely oversized closets. I also got a bit of attitude from the front desk when I requested additional towels and bedding. - the bathroom had a shower only and a door that let water leak everywhere. Again, not good for families with small kids. - the bathroom sink was tiny—barely big enough to wash your face. This would be understandable in a small bathroom but it was huge. Despite the size of the bathroom, it had only tiny sink on a tiny bathroom counter with no storage space for toiletries. I’ve stayed in tiny rooms in NYC with double the counter space. - the kitchen was well stocked and very clean but for one glaring oversight—no coffee machine. Instead it came with a Nespresso machine with four pods. Odd choice for a suite that is supposed to sleep three. The facilities overall are nice if very sterile. The overall vibe is a little “corporate travel hotel designed by AI bot.” Fine but not a place I’ll be eager to visit again.

I want to express my gratitude to Sara Steer, Ryan Macdonald, and the entire front desk team, Aubrey, Raul, Bradley, Ashley, Mia Patrick, Eris, and Kimberly for the exceptional hospitality during my stay at the Level property in Seattle. This prime location offers convenience to restaurants, local bars, and major attractions like the Space Needle, Pike Place/Fish Market, and T-Mobile Mariners Stadium just to name a few that are all within walking distance or a few minutes’ drive. The room's views were breathtaking, cleanliness exceptional and the attention to detail was truly remarkable. The amenities included three pools, with one being an indoor pool that's assessable 24 hours a day, along with the gym, basketball court and rock-climbing wall just to name a few, which cater to everyone's needs. I highly recommend this location in South Lake Union for anyone visiting Seattle.

Warning: It took 1-1.5 hours to check in despite not that many people needing to be checked in. The staff needs to show more hustle as the time per family checking in was greatly longer than many other places we've checked in at. They also need to provide more context as to why it takes so freaking long - and show some empathy vs "we're just really busy" Pros: excellent amenities (heated indoor AND outdoor pools (loved the 13th floor one!), basketball court, music room, games room, etc.), fabulous location, large well appointed rooms that were very clean.

During my recent stay at Level Seattle, I booked a suite with two separate rooms – one with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa, for which I had paid extra. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find only a king bed and a sofa pull-out in the suite. Despite the helpful assistance from the front desk, the offered roller bed was uncomfortably soft, making it difficult to sleep. Moreover, checking in at 10 pm and waiting for an hour for the roller bed's delivery was inconvenient. I had hoped for a quicker resolution or an alternative accommodation, especially considering the late hour. Additionally, noise disturbances from the suite above, including guests moving chairs and other activities, lasted until 2 am, further disrupting my sleep. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to the lack of the promised bedding arrangement, prolonged wait times, and disruptive noise, making for a very unsatisfactory stay.

This is my family's favorite hotel we've stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building is immaculate. The suites had everything one could need. The beds and pillows were fantastic. The suite configuration was perfect. The location was dead center of town. We walked everywhere from there. The views from the skycap suite were amazing. The parking lot was attached. The amenities could not be better. We have never seen a better hotel gym. We enjoyed the game room as well. My husband and I already looked up where this builder has other apartments because we loved it that much. The only thing I would change is getting rid of Nespresso for coffee makers as I don't like Nespresso.

As someone who likes to stay at resorts instead of just a hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find a resort like hotel in the middle of downtown Seattle. It reminded me so much of my stay at resorts in Whistler, Canada and South Lake Tahoe, California. From the in-room amenities (washer/dryer, gas stove, separate fridge and freezer), every room having a balcony, and the 24-hour indoor heated pool, I didn't feel the need to leave the property, other than to get food. I'm looking forward to my next staycation there!

The. Best. Hotel. What an amazing place to stay! The staff (especially Amanda, Dominick, and Kim) are exceptional and attend to all your needs. So patient and made checking in and out so danged easy! Rooms are SOOOO nice and the views…*chefs kiss*! Anytime there was any issue (which were few!) they staff helped resolve them so quickly and without any problems! Great for walking. There’s a Whole Foods literally down the street. So many places to eat and easy to get to tourist attractions. This is my go-to when I travel to Seattle..and is the ONLY place I stay! See you next month! 😉☺️
