Hotel looks and feels European. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We walked to Space Needle, Gastown, and China Town. No breakfast included so we ate at Mecca Café a few times for breakfast and it was very reasonable. Front desk was very nice. Must do the Duck Tour. Lots of Laughs!

This was such a nice hotel, from the staff to the room. Great location and easy access to major attractions ~ Space Needle, Chihuly exhibit, monorail to Pikes Market. Roof access with seating area was beautiful.

This was a great hotel experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I stayed here one night, and then again another night one week later. The staff remembered me from the first night. They responded extremely quickly to my request for help with the air conditioning unit, as well as my request for some dinnerware and cutlery. Every... More

The hotel is very close to the Key Arena! Very clean and the staff was excellent. We will stay there again next time we go to a concert. It's walking distance from some food restaurants and Safeway. No need to drive anywhere!

My daughter and I enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. It was at the center of everything we wanted to do. The lobby was very inviting, not to mention there is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, which was quite convenient, most likely why they don't serve a comp breakfast. It rained the entire time we were there, so... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, MomDot2! It sounds overall like you had a great time here, and in Seattle. I'm sorry you weren't able to sit up on the roof deck over the weekend! We had most of the furniture stored due to the storm, just in case Seattle did experience some of the high... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was comfortable, tastefully decorated. It's an older hotel, but the room was in good condition. The location was great: near Kelly Park, The Needle and Chihuly Museum. It does have a rooftop deck, but it was very small and not pretty, and the weather was too cold to stay up there. The... More

This is an older hotel but in the extremely pricey hotel market of Seattle, this one is a hidden gem. It does have an elevator - which several of the other older hotels nearby do not.
