First, room was really noisy due to street traffic and need to keep window open b/c no air conditioning. Hotel was sold out, so we couldn't be moved. Sorry I was on a lower floor. Second, fire alarm (false) sounded at 1:30 am., so everyone in the entire hotel had to vacate. Fortunately, there was no fire and we we're...

Hotel was in a good location close to the Space Needle & Seatlle Center. Room had no ac which was not too bad but got stuffy at night since we couldnt open windows due to the street noise. Bed tipped on one side getting in and out. Worst thing was someone pulled the fire alarm at 1 am so hotel...

Its the perfect place to stay in Seattle. We were there for a family trip, but it would be just as good for a business trip. The place starts amazing with a Starbucks that is attached to the lobby. The front desk staff are very nice, and helpful, even at 2am when we arrived late off a flight. Rooms are...

We travel a lot and this place is icky! Stains on carpet, tray lamps and bedding. Not to mention esthetically dated and unmatched. Pillows flat as pancakes. We expected more from the reviews. The best parts of here...free bottled water and fridge in room, Starbucks next door and free wifi in LOBBY. Won't stay here again!

Room 410 was not cleaned for two days, until on the third day I complained. Room had no hand soap until I complained at front desk and was given some. Same with too few coat hangers until I complained and a few extras were delivered. Table/aka desk was not level with the floor and items on top kept falling to...

I like this place a lot. So let me break down the ins and outs, the good and the bad, and how ultimately it's a highly rated joint. First things first, the rooftop. Man, when it wasn't raining it was beautiful to sit up there and look out onto the water and the Space Needle. A definite must when there....

Nice and spacious room with a Queen Bed, tea and coffee facilities and large bathroom. Great location, amongst some great restaurants that Queen Anne has to offer. Within walking distance to the monorail and even the city centre, taking about half an hour to walk to Pike Place Markets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, storing my luggage...

Room and bathroom size - adequate with desk and chair and HDTV. Good neighbourhood location - close to Seattle Centre, good restaurants and the monorail. Great roofdeck with a wonderful view of...

Enjoyed the area and thought the room was nice for an older hotel. Good housekeeping and recently upgraded. The problem we had checking in was with Denise, the clerk. We arrived a bit early and decided to wait for a room to become available before heading downtown. After giving our name and waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes we...
