We stayed here for one night for our anniversary, and loved it. For starters Julie and Blayne are excellent hosts. They were very warm and friendly and gave us great recommendations for food, as well as cooked us an excellent breakfast and made us feel at home. The amenities are great as well, they have a free mini-bar with water,...

This is a charming, immaculate, wonderful place to stay! We have never slept better - bed is extremely comfortable (we were in the Parkview room). Rooms are decorated beautifully and are so clean and comfortable. Blayne and Julie, the owners, are so kind and helpful and Julie's breakfasts are incredibly delicious! Many free extras (huge selection of DVDs available, cold...

Jill, we are happy to hear you loved our B&B and all the little extras. The room you stayed in, Parkview, was completely updated this spring and we're glad you enjoyed the new decor and furnishings. Glad to hear you enjoyed dining at the many restaurants within walking distance too. We love sharing our beautiful Seattle neighborhood with you and...

Communication was right on. I booked several months in advance and Julie got right back with me to let me know that the kitchen would be under construction and there would be no breakfast, we were given the option of canceling or receiving a discount. Since I really wanted to be able to walk green lake we decided to stay....

I spent two nights here in February, probably not the best of times to visit but I was visiting my daughter who lived in the vicinity. Very clean, well kept property. Innkeepers were personable and interactive. They responded to my on line requests quickly. The kitchen was being renovated and so I didn't get a chance to enjoy their breakfast....

Julie is a very helpful innkeeper who made our stay in Seattle very relaxing. Our room (PARKVIEW) had a fabulous view and a large jetted tub that we enjoyed daily !! Although the weather was dreary (remember we visited Seattle in February), the house was warm and welcoming'

I just returned from 6 nights here over the Christmas holiday. My sister also took a room for part of that time. We both had a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful and right across the street from the lake, where people are always jogging and walking. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculate. They are equipped with a remote controlled...

I never thought I'd be checking myself into a B&B right down the road from my own house but after experiencing a basement flood in the middle of a night shift stretch, I was booked into The Greenlake Room. The owners Blayne and Julie made me feel like a welcome guest and were very easy to work with. I came...

This 100 year old house and her owner, Julie, were put together to be a bed and breakfast. They are perfect together. The house was spectacular and our room with a private bath on the first floor was large, comfortable and inviting. We stayed four nights and had four different full breakfasts with lots of choices. One morning when we...

Great location, congenial hosts, and an excellent breakfast. We stayed in the Cascade room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Parking was easy, and as an alternative to driving there are nearby buses to take you downtown. If you are looking for a B&B in Seattle, this is the one you want.
